This is on top of Sona + Varus + Eve combo. Vlad + Karthus + Nasus Alt = AoE paradise. 2 people will have to dive into the middle of a defile + hemoplague. It will come down to Crescendo + Varus Ult + Shen taunt landing so they'll stand still long enough for the assassins to kill them. Based on how many Crescendos and Chains I've seen land, I'm not exactly inspired. On the other hand, as far ahead as Curse is getting now, it might not even matter.

Also, they have no champ that has any shot at dueling Shen (and wouldn't have one even if they were ahead. Bad picking there)

Good luck having that AoE combo off when you have zero engage potential outside of running facefirst into Crescendo/Chain. On paper it looks great, in practice, Curse's comp is flat out stronger. GGU needed Rumble or Malphite, not Vlad. PS. Jacky's Eve, OH CUPCAKES NOM NOM NOM

They do have like no hard CC at all, though.

AoE damage is not very useful against the likes of Shen, Nocturne and Eve, who have ~7k or more effective HP each against magic damage and kill the carries in seconds Pretty funny how frequently Sona is picked even by players who are known to fail ult all the time. Shows how powerful she is even without an ultimate (if you manage to avoid feeding early), with all the free stats she provides for the team without having to actually do anything

Jacky's Eve, OH CUPCAKES NOM NOM NOM They'll have to engage at a Baron or something. I agree, a malphite would have been a much better choice here. Can we at least agree with how each of these teams are playing and picking, both of them would get wrecked by TSM?

In game 1 GGU actually looked like they could give TSM a game, but not taking a teleport and basically setting themselves up to fight 4v5 all game is just too dumb.
