Is Dig really going to lose to CoL and Vulcun too? I may have greatly overrated them

Vayne is expected to lose every lane. You can always just not pick Vayne ... There's many stronger earlygame ADs than Tristana.

My LoL predictions strong so far.

My belief Chauster/Hotshotgg are a substandard old boys club, and that Dignitas has been shit for the past four weeks while GGU has been very good is paying off.

I wonder how fast CLG will fall apart if GGU gets first blood.

Most of the LCS teams have just camped Doublelift's lane. There's no other lane on CLG worth ganking.

Not really. He has repeatedly said if he could have his choice he would top lane. Just CLG either has no attraction power or just sucks at finding talent.

Also Hotshot putting his bench on top lane and sitting on it.

Pretty sure he said exactly that in the grilled interview. If you aren't a good jungler then don't go jungle no?

First he was ADC for CLG, then he was support, now jungle. His top is his best role. If CLG kicks him because he's a bad jungler, another team gets a really good toplaner ... It's not his fault they aren't letting him play his best roles, and it's not realistic to expect him to leave a team with a salary because of that either.

Well when I came to the scene he was a bad adc. They he taught doublelift how to not be a retard and they did well cause the bot lane meta was really bad/behind.Like they won with exhaust/cv against heal/ignite which just shows the other guys aren't that good. Also if you are truly as smart and as great of a player as he is hyped he shouldn't be so weak in jungle which is the role that needs smart players not mechanically proficient.

edit:Actually vayne doesn't lose all lanes. It's all about how you play it(ez loses every lane not vayne).

Any 3rd place team worth their salt should be able to win a BO5 against a challenger team, so they should make it back in. And this is just a symptom of the league being so small. When you only have 2 teams not making the playoffs you can only give byes to the top 2

It might be weird coming from an American, but I would have preferred the typical European soccer set-up where the bottom couple teams automatically drop out and the best couple teams not previously in the league get promoted. Two short series shouldn't kill a team that was the 3rd-best over a much larger sample size.

The problem is there isn't really a real amateur circuit to determine the best two teams to get promoted.

I guess I can't really disagree with this. Still, without a real amateur circuit why should a team be able to win a short series against other amateurs and then (maybe) fluke their way to a victory over Dig and get promoted?

(Of course, the overwhelming likelihood is that Dig just crushes either "Team Summon" or "No Team Name Necessary", but I still find it silly.)

The promotion matches are bo5. If you are the better team loosing a bo5 is pretty much impossible. I would also prefer a soccer-style setup but the current setup is the best with the current state of the amateuer scene.

Yeah, as I said it's highly unlikely that Dig (or CLG?) loses a bo5 to an amateur team. But that's sort of a problem in its own way. The EU scene doesn't seem to have the same problem, but it's hard to see where new blood on the NA scene will come from.

Everyone saying DL is in a slump; in reality when it's a constant 4v2 in lane; wtf are you suppose to do?

Doublelift is good; but not god, he can't actually 1v5 and put CLG on his back and chug um to victory.

I can't help but think CLG's practice involves; having Doublelift play 1v5 ARAMs;

chauster almost always tries to camp dlift's lane and hotshot/link also frequently gank his lane. not this game but in general his lane get's babysitted like fuck

No, people need to get off the Doublelift bandwagon.
He has said countless times during this season that he's played awfully in games. Take that game just now, he got hit by a thresh grab to start the snowball going for Vulcun. He's an awesome player, but so many people act as if he plays perfectly with 4 bad players in his team.

I dunno, he's a pretty beast support IMO, too.

I agree that he's just not a good jungler though. He just doesn't farm enough, doesn't have a sense of when to farm what.

Chauster is absolutely trash this game tho, I mean he didn't gank, yet he is always behind jarvan 1-3 levels. WTF.

What game are you watching Oo, he was ~30 cs behing Mancloud at arround 10 mins with no jungler pressure on either side, only turner it arround with that malphite tp gank....wasnt losing the lane while doing nothing else the reason they benched jiji?

Try to overlook Link this game since Karthus started with Blue.

On the other hand teams are really getting comfortable just picking a farming champ against Hotshot since he has no lane pressure.

Chauster doesn't have the ganking sense/knowledge like Diamondprox/OddOne/Saint/Crumbz.

Double and Aphro counterpicked and feeding first & 2nd blood didn't help either.

it almost felt like chauster has never jungled lee sin before... i didn't see him gank or countergank at all, and he was behind in cs. i know j4 is basically the strongest jungler, but chauster was so behind it was just sad. i almost want to say that my jungling sense is better.

A game where Karthus got blue buff at level 1.

Link's lane was the only one that was stable enough that a gank could fix it.
