I can do it although I'm shopping around lunchtime so I may be a little late. Will try to be on time. I'd like to do more of our buffswap testing, although I want to focus it a little differently if possible. I want to just run normal team comps with standard meta heroes, ignoring whether or not we think they're "good" for the buffswap strat, and just see how it turns out with the buffswap anyway.

Game 1 - Passed blue to Ryze, Udyr jungle. Udyr reported no problems. Ryze was ahead (vs. Janna) and decided to tower dive and got killed. Oh well. Game 2 - Passed blue to Ryze, Zac jungle. Zac reported no problems. Ryze was ahead (vs. Annie) and decided to tower dive and got killed. Sylverfire not allowed to have blue at level 1 anymore. Both of these games Sylver said it felt really good on Ryze, he just went too HAM. Game 3 - Passed blue to Lux, Lee jungle. Lee reported no problems. Lux absolutely dominated Kassadin, kept a double CS lead the entire game despite only killing him once. Game 4 - Game 4 was sort of a wash because we had 2 disconnects and couldn't execute the strategy. Game 5 - Passed red to Lux, Sejuani jungle. Sejuani reported no problems. Lux vs. Morgana got an early CS lead, and while couldn't kill Morg, was able to stay just a little bit ahead throughout the game. Game 6 - Passed red to Jayce, Nunu jungle. Nunu reported no problems. Jayce said he would have preferred blue, but still did reasonably well early game despite being ganked several times. All in all basically what we've found is that as long as you take a jungler who doesn't need both buffs (Jarvan, Xin etc), the jungler never reports feeling behind even in the slightest. Mid lane regardless of matchup always seems to be at minimum slightly ahead, and at best completely dominates the lane. One note we found is that it's really important that the mid laner take armor runes even if they wouldn't normally, so that they don't take too much damage doing the buff.

We've done well against invasions in the past, but I do not think we've adequately addressed that as a potential issue. The invasions we've seen have been formulaic, direct, and often poorly executed. Because the enemies we've faced have no understanding or concept of what we are doing, they have never invaded in a manner designed to counter our strategy. As a result, we do not have a complete response to the question, "How does this strategy handle invasion?" It would be extremely helpful I think to have tests focused on the first 3 minutes of the game, where one team of players focuses primarily on invading the other, knowing full well what was going on. This is not fair, as realistically the buff transfer is one of several options available to teams, and where there is uncertainty there is risk to the invading team. That said, without aggressive (and possibly foolhardy) attempts to interrupt the process and capitalize on the team split this strategy requires, we can't really say for sure how it fares against invasion. My guess is that at worst our strategy has the same level of risk as any other strategy, we've seen plenty of games played to the current meta where one team ends up with 3 buffs initially. However, without having tested rigorously to verify this, it's merely a guess.

Everybody will group up, try to figure out where the other team is, and if they can't get a positioning advantage by like 1:45 then all 10 people will back off.

If no, then my account is 19lvl on Nordic & East, in theory I can move it to NA ( ![]() That is assuming of course you would be interested in testing Soraka as support if you haven't already. In my (extremely?) noob experience she can be pretty nice in a combo with Nidalee / Darius / Kog'Maw / Cho'Gath / Zyra / Ezreal or any other hero who burns mana quickly, as long as you can imagine having infinite mana on a hero without depending on a blue buff and pouring gold into non-mana-regen items instead. So what is your experience?

If yes, could you you either summarize the results or point me to a page in this thread, where I would be able to read your results? If no, then my account is 19lvl on Nordic & East, in theory I can move it to NA (even several times as I have the money, depending on the situation in the future) but I have no idea what kind of ping I would be getting. And there's also the issue of time, 11PM East coast is like 5AM CET so I have no idea if it would be possible to play for me at all... ![]() That is assuming of course you would be interested in testing Soraka as support if you haven't already. Alot of times the other team doesn't check it, so we get it for free, or has 1 person facecheck us 3 and we get firstblood.

I'm asking because my veteran friend calls her useless. I just need another point of view because the banana girl is my favourite support hero, both for her abilities and appearance. Appearance because she resembles Na'vi people from Avatar and I'm sort of the Avatar maniac. I have soft spot for cheesy stories wrapped in eye candies. Naturally her abilities are the most important of what makes me want to gain experience playing and learn when to play her.
