seems pretty snowbally if your team is ahead but feels like the champ is even more shit than it should be when behind also was not fun finding out you can get hit mid w. makes it pretty meh for actually dodging spells | ||

That said, there are a few things I would think are obvious to all coming in: 1. Ghost Dragon was always going to have to die. It was stupid at introduction. 2.I don't buy getting rid of ghost entirely, or their "explanation", because they still have Kat in the game, and Yi, and a bunch of teamfight snowballers. That said, the new ult's new mechanic isn't entirely bad in a vacuum. The problem probably will manifest during neutral objectives where it seems ridiculously strong if used on enemy junglers. 3. New Passive is probably better for balance. 4. New W is fine. 5. Q change is disappointing in light of the E change. His old E, IMO what an iconic part of the kit, and Q is trying to meld both together, but I think it ruins the old E, which was my favorite part of the old kit. 6. New E is lame, but he probably needed something like it to be relevant. I'd prefer this be Q, and we keep old E. | ||

His E just feels like darius and swain E. Not really special, and honestly, why does morde have to have a CC. The whole identity of the champ was a ton of damage without CC. Just keep the E, since at worse Morde still turns into this farming champ that runs at you. Not every champ in the game needs a way to play against kite. EDIT: Also death realm is a balance nightmare. I think neutrals should have a visible ghost form for balance reasons, because you can only not smite during suppress or silence. Morde ult is basically a 7 second smite silence, which is pretty bananas. | ||

I'm not a morde player by any means, but I think removing the ghost is healthy for him. Weird having such a win more ult on an immobile champion. Probably healthier for the game. | ||

Not every champ in the game needs a way to play against kite. It is nigh impossible to balance a champion with no CC/mobility in the current state of the game, either they're useless or completely broken. The juggernaut patch was a good example of it, Morde was roasting bot lanes with very little counterplay, on the other hand once he got nerfed he became gutter trash. I like Morde's new kit, I'll try him out once he's live. From the looks of it, he is still quite susceptible to high mobility champs which can kite him, and also doesn't look invincible in melee. A lot of themes in his kit have actually been retained, his abilities have just all become AoE. Not the biggest fan of a built in heal though, seems to look pretty lackluster. | ||

I thought Yuumi winrate would improve more by now, but I guess it's harder to play in soloqueue? I still think the champion is super busted though. The biggest problem I've found is that it can be kind of hard to go and ward independently and finding time to ward while tethered can be challenging. | ||
