press the attack and electrocute seem to be the clearcut 2 most broken by far. Lethal tempo is a runner up for certain champions

everything else is fairly playable. Damage is even higher then last season somehow

PASSIVE: Basic attacks versus champions apply stacks. At 3 stacks, the target takes 30 - 120 (based on level) bonus Ability powerAttack damage Adaptive damage and is made Vulnerable, taking 12% increased damage from all sources for the next 6 seconds.

how did this even make it through playtests

i feel like i'd take it on even tanks lmao

they get a bunch of autos in and it will allow their teammates to do 12% extra dmg to whoever they auto 3 times lol

After playing a few games today, here are some of my experiences:
-Lulu with the Aery ghost thingy lets you have insane auto poke with 2 spirit things helping you out.
-Ezreal with Kleptomaniac is so RNG based and pretty OP as well. Constantly gives you free pots, elixirs, red wards, and even a skill point just by spamming Q.
-Theres another smite cheese strat by starting Smite/TP but this time you can change ur summoner spell with the new rune in the Inspiration tree and replace it later with Flash.
-I like free boots mastery in the Inspiration tree, cant say no to free 300+ gold value after 10mins

I feel super weak in the lane as a mage, you deal pretty good damage but die so quicklyit is scary >_<

I am not liking the changes right now because IMO they do increase DPS significantly, whereas I prefer longer fights. A lot of tanklines in my EXP are just getting shredded, and even minor mistakes by carries = death. Too much RNG for my liking.

edit: I actually hate how hard they try to force you to use the premade rune pages, at the start of the pregame timer(after all champions are picked) it takes you away from the page you are editing. Arcane Comet is disgusting if you can set it up with a CC if the target has 200MS or less(counting snares and stuns as 0), it's a guaranteed hit.

The summoner swapping keystone seems pretty dank. Was theorycrafting a cheese strat in botlane with Exhaust/Ignite on both support and adc it just seems downright silly when you're 100% to hit level 2 first with the Dematerializers x2. It's like, "no you may not approach the wave now gtfo".

Dark Harvest is beyond broken in ARAM and should be picked on any champion. If you dont you're just borderline trolling.

I really feel like they need to do something about the consumable pool for Kleptomaniac, it's simply way too hard RNG when there's the skill point pot in it.

I for one would welcome the glorious smite toplane meta with open arms, I loved it. Smitestone should work fine since you dont need smite once it's completed.

Hmmm. That's pretty awesome but I was thinking the other kind of cheese. Everyone starts with useful lane spells and then 5 members switch to smite around 18 minutes or so and just rush baron really fast. With 5 smites a steal is going to be very unlikely and you can smite from a pretty high health value.

The difference being you dont sacrifice much as a top laner taking a shittty keystone because the tank ones are really bad

your carries are not going to take the summoner switcher over press the attack or electrocute unless you want to lose before baron even spawns

I was already suspicious when grasp got incredibly strong and nobody was talking about it on PBE, then my suspicions were confirmed when its a middle of the road keystone. Grasp is a good baseline if you want to see how much stronger they made things.

All 3 tank keystones look pretty good to me tbh. Not seeing how they suck.

The only thing that would be great is if we could just target people for Guardian using just the mouse but sadly we don't have the technology.

The tank keystone unflinching is worth 10% tenacity for each summoner on cool down and for 10 seconds 15% for each used. So if you use both summoners at the start of a fight that's 50% tenacity from one rune. Legend tenacity is worth 20% once stacked and merc treads has 30% tenacity. So it's now feasible to get to 100% tenacity, which I don't think was ever possible before.

The implied gold value of tenacity is pretty low based on merc treads, but not many items give it and boots are weird, so it might be worth a lot more than its mathematical implied value.

I think that the changing summoners stone is sleeper op and not because of the possibility to change but for the CDR it gives, especially when you take the other mastery with extra 5% summoners CDR. 30% summoners CDR is no joke, you get ignait/exhaust etc on 2 min cooldown, its like an ultimate ability, not to mention that with lucidity boots flash and TP go to 2 min cooldown and finally going ignite in lane to secure a kill and if you do not succeed you just switch it for TP to get back to lane, then again to ignite/exhaust when its all right just to walk to lane and so on and so on. Additionally if I burn enemy flash with my ignite (kill or not) I get 2 ignites before his flash comes up again. Least but not last, you are behind but your carries are ahead - we switch to heal and/or exhaust and now we are wanna be semi support who peels for the carries like a boss (again every 2 minutes)

To follow up last post, merc treads is 1100 gold. It's got 45 move speed at 12 gold per for 540 value and 25 MR at 18 per for 450 value. So there is 110 gold left over and 30 tenacity so it works out to 3.66 gold per point of tenacity.

That contrasts to 25 gold per point of attack speed or about 20 gold per armor or AP. Hence whey I think tenacity is under costed at the present rate. But up until now there was no way to get lots of it.

Americans don't like to use unblockables, it is considered not honest. You press a button at the wrong time and hit the other person, you are random, not a top player. You DP Sim's far fierce, it is random and not honest.
