I got Star Guardian Poppy, Warring Kingdoms Garen, SKT Zac, Arcade Sona and Arcade Corki. Already owned the Sona, Zac and Corki skin. It's most certainly possible to get some you already own, I'm a case of it happening. I can even see the SKT Zac listed twice in purchase history once for normal buy and once as the reward. Think I should contact Riot? | ||

Also on level up do you get the champ permanent tokens that they're offering at the shop, or do you get just shards? | ||

You get a capsule with a shard, other shards, and(?)/or BE to make it comparable value to ones with higher BE champions. They're basically making it so instead of getting BE/IP in drips and drabs you get it in lump sums. | ||
