I just got 1 capsule and got 2 champion shards. Pant+poppy for a total of 720 BE and it took me 11(7/4) games to get lvl 31. IIRC both champs are low cost so this is one of the worse drops. Looks like progress is pretty much the same as before although very rng.

I feel like riot really didn't understand how popular aspd reds were. They gave it to like 5 random top lane tanks and forgot everyone else I think they thought the sustained damage tree was where you go to get the marks back but there are a lot of champs with no interest(or situational interest) in that tree who ran aspd.
Vi, Kench, udyr come to mind. Personally I ran aspd on kench top and support his kit requires autoing.

Wooo! Got my BE and I now have all champions plus some mystery champs saved up for the next few releases.
Also I looked a bit more at the runes and I think they have enouph going on that I would need to build a spreadsheet and cash out equivalent gold values to really optimize new builds. It's now tricky enough that I can't easily do it in my head.

It's doesn't give you both because that would make it so much stronger on champs thatbuse both. Instead it looks at your build to see if you are building ad or ap and then gives you more of that.

I had 70K blue essence after the conversion and spent it mostly on mystery champions and now I own 90% champs!

Do the mystery champion tokens expire or can I buy them for future champions? I'm guessing they at least work until the 27th so probably Zoe?
edit: I actually hate how hard they try to force you to use the premade rune pages, at the start of the pregame timer(after all champions are picked) it takes you away from the page you are editing. So then I didn't save the page in time (I had something selected in all fields just hadn't finalized) at 3 sec so it took me back to the premade one again. I was actually triggered because I was trying to recreate leathality MF and the basic adc page is straight up useless for that.
