they bug fixed yasuo though thats going to be annoying
form what I hear it kept a flood of yasuo mains away from solo q

Another amazing patch the Riot gods have graced us with, I am lucky to simply be looking at these patch notes.
Would not be surprised if I spend 500 dollars on this game this month I love league of legends!!
Going to abstain from playing tonight so that I can skip work tomorrow and binge game on this great new patch.

This is the "you wanna meme cloud drake, fine we're gonna make that shit blatantly OP until you bow before your out of combat movement speed gods" patch for Cloud Drake. The same thing happened with Ardent Censer, and so I think that combined with these (net buff) changes to Sona are going to lead to huge compensatory nerfs for her soon.

I think the Leona changes will eventually be a net buff to her kit, seeing as she tends to get CDR via her items anyway. We might see people experiment with her in top lane, but lack of damage on the ulti's Incandescence bonus to her means she will probably stay in the support role as someone who will look to win lane between level 3-7 for your ADC.
Who knows where Ryze ends up with his changes, for now I'm just going to say he's OP (because some of his numbers will be insane) and ban him until I see how it plays out on competitive.
Sona changes mean that if she ever gets above level 11 with some AP and hits 45% CDR with items, she's going to be spamming songs on her Etwahl like she's trying to play Freebird.
Bear AI keeps improving for Annie.
Nerfed Azir's early game soldier damage to stop him from being so safe at pushing in waves early on.
Why are they buffing Fiora? The passive buff I can understand, but letting her Q deal even more damage in the early game is a dumb idea. This probably pushes her into 75+% pick/ban status for competitive.
Taliyah change probably pushes her to pick/ban status in competitive, when she was already starting to see a bit of play.
Rek'Sai changes are to nerf her "free" vision in competitive.
Cloud Drake buff just means it's not shit anymore, probably about equal in worth to ocean drake now for competitive teams.
Cooldown timer ping notification's pretty big for casuals, might let you coordinate your shit with your team mates faster in ranked.
By in large, everything else doesn't matter too much (small buffs/nerfs to numbers or bug fixes, nothing major).

funny how they nerfed tp to limit early game 5man bot gangbangs then release taliyah and give ryze aoe tp

okay, i retract my earlier statement. leona feels nowhere near as strong lvl3. 10dmg are a huge difference botlane lvl1-3 and from what i can see, they took off more like 30 from her lvl3 combo. bigger range on q felt pretty nice obviously. ult passive a little extra dmg that helped in early teamfights, but not rly useful mid-lategame.
bottomline: i'd rather have the change reverted and the same impact early (the only reason leonas picked for anyway)

I like the large, wholesale buff on Lee Sin shield at levels 3-5 by ~30%. Feels good man.
