What i am saying is that the advantage in lane, in this particular situation, does not belong to Janna/Vayne, but rather blitz/kalista and that, in most early situations, they can force those trades if they wish.

A lot of people are doing the Hurricane build with Kalista now. I guess it's to synergize with her E for AOE damage.

And if he follows her she doesn't have to care because if he runs past the creep wave he'll get destroyed 1v2, and otherwise Kalista runs the risk of taking creep aggro herself (and you can't really make a case about her base stats like you tried with Blitz).
You played with a bad/distracted Vayne who fucked up, just admit it instead of trying to make excuses to justify Kalista+Blitz magically wrecking Vayne+Janna with at level 1 with Blitz taking E.
It's not even that hard, just admit someone screwed up, there, done. I saw an Urgot kill Gnar at level 2 today. Doesn't mean zomg Urgot automatically counters Gnar because E has more range than his autos.

I doubt BotRK is good for Kalista in general, compared to BT, but she needs some early AS, her passive is so weird early on.

Picked jungle back up this season, but I'm shaky at playing any champ except Vi and J4, and picking up Sejuani.
I still don't fully grok Rek'sai (doesnt help that I've only seen it once when it slipped through bans and was first picked by opposing blue team.)
Are there any other junglers that have come into favor that I'm missing out on?

So basically Kalista has this "all-in" playstyle. You either go IN IN IN or you go OUT OUT OUT. Once you start autoing you basically fully commit.
I think at the time he decided to go IN IN IN.

It's soloq, so Fiddles will pretty much always be a good jungler. Wukong is pretty under the radar for how good he is. Amumu if you need a shitty Sejuani. Could always make use of your flair and play Sion jungle too.
