Once Qtpie completed his Muramana the icon went to the right of his buff bar, 'cept it's the icon to say if it's on cd or not, so it's always there, and is the same whether it's currently active or not. There's just no way to see properly its state unless your mana drops because of that.

Upon reading it I found the idea superfluous, but seeing it in action it looks arbitrarily and actually doing more harm than good with regard to readibility.

summoners rift visual update was totally fine and actually felt more smoother but ever since the patch with the new jungle items and such my fps goes down to like 20 in teamfights.
