That's kind of fun to think about because it entirely depends on how her kit would interact with Dota2's mechanics. I think she'd actually be fine, her passive would be strong but the rest of her kit is still a League kit dwarfed by the presences of Spell Immunity Piercing, Spell Immunity and Spell blocks, purges, and pure damage.
Her inability to lane would also be exacerbated by a billion.

It used to be buggy as hell. Smash used to rage endlessly about this fact and how it fucked over kills because the damage prevention calculation was obviously wrong. The bugs actually made it way better than it is on paper because it would block much more damage than it's supposed to.
Just wondering if it actually got fixed when he actually went to Riot.

Just wondering if it actually got fixed when he actually went to Riot. I don't remember that ever being the case, but I didn't start playing til like end of season 1. Looked it up on google, only a mention of this in 2010 on rito lol forums. So either poppy was so obsolete no one noticed, secretly patched (no patch notes regarding passive), or smash qq is more unfounded than alaric's qq post. Hue

Just wondering if it actually got fixed when he actually went to Riot. since smash got hired then it's been changed a bit with towers and true damage iirc. it'd be odd for the bugs not to be fixed, but then again, the looks into inner riot means he may not have even known they were changing it so he couldnt have input.

You could go into a test game where Pantheon skills Heartseeker for the autocrit, Poppy skills nothing (so Paragon stacks aren't fucking with the damage), and once you get into Poppy passive range, progressive autoattacks would do steadily less damage. The passive wasn't working the way it was written.
It probably got fixed if it works fine now.

Are those Sejuani buffs? Seems kind of a shuffling of some kind. I dunno, I suck at parsing this kind of thing. This isn't even getting into lowering the duration of permafrost's slow.

Why did they feel the need to nerf Ranger's smite and Golems buff? Why couldn't they have made the other smites and minibuffs on par with them? T_T

Back to the drawing board, then. The problem with rangers was it allowed people to do jungle whom they didn't want being able to do jungle. Personally I would have liked to see it play out in it's current version, and let people play around with stalkers+poachers+skirmishers a bit more. I think some adjusting to skirmisher (regarding it's interaction with WW ult was needed), stalkers probably needed a slight buff, and poachers needed some major number changes.

but according to a red post on reddit, you're untargetable during your ult. on top of that, if your tunnel is destroyed during your ult travel time, you still travel through.
