My autos on ryze turned into the e particle but did 8 dmg, my guess is the hackers thought of it. The Es seemed to be cast from auto range, and would also turn off auto attack that is you have to force the auto again to get it to fire again.

There was a recent post on reddit about a brand who was using his ult from level 1(he put a point in Q). It's probably related to that/ the same hack.
This video DOES have an ashe in the same team as brand, so you might be right that it's related to Ashe possibly? Skip to around 1:14
No idea why it doesn't do anything for Ashe though. Youtube comments also suggest Ashe is the one hacking, but not sure what is what when game turns into that.
The reason we think it has to do with Ashe is that Ashe was a champ in both games and the affected players have the frost shot debuff on their debuff bar even though they're not slowed.

Yep, looks like you are correct. The video does show that on Brand there too.
There were some pretty insane things happening in that game. Vayne with autos as E therefore one stun = infinite stunlock lol. I was fairly unaffected on Fizz, sometimes my autos got cancelled and the fish tried to jump into the E animation, but it wasn't like my lane opponent Talon who couldn't auto and only E :/ Guy got the bad end of that trade in the bug war.

if thats true you could increase the damage of your bounces by quickly dinging 11 after casting and putting a point into your ulti right?

if thats true you could increase the damage of your bounces by quickly dinging 11 after casting and putting a point into your ulti right?
That would work regardless, all LoL spells update in real time. Any skillshot in the game that's been fired then leveled up will hit for the level up damage.

Easiest way to see this is with Annie. You can get annie's stun while Q projectile is in mid-air and cast E for her passive to proc. Once it lands, you will get the stun on the target.
That youtube vid makes it seem a lot more like a bug and less like hacking. Like, that's clearly not Brand's ult in anything but particle, look at how little damage it does to the creep he autos in lane(looks like it's actually just his auto attack there). I don't see health ticking down on anyone afflicted by the passive, obviously no damage on the bounces, and no slow by the buggy Ashe particle either.
This seems to be way up there with the Immortal Karthus bug as far as Riot fuckups go though.
