Everything was fine, the day before I had to abandon my PC for 7 days I haven't played a single ranked game, next day was fine too and after I came back (7 days) I had those restrictions.
Did I went full thorin? Nah, I tend to blame people from time to time but I never verbal harrass actually.
Edit : I can go full Carmac instead.

Meanwhile Jax usually runs triforce+botrk? He's Polish he can't go full thorin

I've played Team builder 3 games yesterday and it didn't count, do I have to actually play Normal games only? Draft/Blind pick ? you have to play normal draft to finish the ranked restriction and any matchmade games count toward the 80 game restriction after that. including vs AI.
You got the severe punishment because the system is based off of games played, not time. so by actively not playing you are increasing your punishment for the system backlog of around a week. the system gets enough reports to pass the trigger to evaluate the account and if over the last few games you got mroe reports than average it punishes you based on how bad that number is. so grinding out more matchmade games gets you less punishment
What likely happened to you is:
you passed the trigger 2-3 days before you stopped playing, the system caught up 4-5 days after that, looked at the games played in the last 5 days, sees close to 100% report rate, due to the trigger days happening and literally no other games. system assigns harsh punishment.
the best way to avoid restrictions is after you have a game you get notified of the report, grind out co-op VS AI 3v3 for 10ish games and you won't be punished as hard if at all.

Oh that's how it work? Based off of games played? Damn, I've played like 900 ranked games this season. I don't play normal games, because I won't waste time on that. I haven't played any other mode than solo ranked for like 1,5 year I think.

Its based of games played recently too, not even lifetime. so if you get reported in 5/5 games for a week you will get a much harsher punishment than if you are reported 10/100 games for a week if you are even punished, despite having twice as many 'toxic' games.

Not true. The best way to avoid restrictions is not to be an asshat to other players.

Well not exactly. this way can still get you screwed if you get rage/troll reported in near 100% of your games if you only play a few games a week. its very rare and uncommon, but its definitely possible. by grinding out co-op vs AI games you can hide within the system and avoid restrictions even in that case. only the grinding way will actually avoid and prevent punishment instead of just hope you don't get trolled.
naturally the more you play the less likely the troll/rage reports get you punished, its virutally impossible to get reported near 100% of 100 games per week for example., but for people who only play 4-5 games a week or are going on vacation and won't be playing league, grinding out co-op VS AI after you get told about a report will remove or reduce the restriction more than just hoping people don't report you for the sake of it.

Is this a serious problem? Troll reported in near 100% of games? For every single story of someone being wrongfully banned for false reports there is an accompanying Riot log-dump of the player being a banworthy jerk.

My impression is that this is code for you saying "that was so bad you garbage shitter". Its super unlikely. and practically impossible for people who play a large amount of games, but if you are getting 1 game in a day for the IP boost or something, its possible you get caught in the automated chat restriction system and punished. its practically impossible if you grind 10 Co-OP vs AI games every 4-5 days though, as those games will pretty much never get you reported even troll/rage reports.
but yeah if you play less than 2 games a day on average, then the grind will help prevent chat restriction more than just not being a dick surprisingly.
the biggest problem with the system is if people have computer troubles or take a break from the game for whatever reason, the game still does its check for every 4-7 days even cycling through the days you aren't playing anything. and eventually it'll have like 1 day you played and 3-6 days you didn't play. and if that 1 day you got reported a good portion of games thats an auto punish even if its just 1 game 1 report.

Haha, that was a half joke of course ^^ Not that serious. Anyway I've sent a support ticket and let's see if I can get anything reduced somehow.

if you have rage problems its what i'd recommend to keep yourself from being punished, and even if you are, the co -op vs AI games count toward removing the 4-6 day restriction you'll get.

Only if you have a persecution complex.
