Malefic Visions is a single target damage over time ability that deals magic damage every 0.5 seconds. Applies spell effects as a damage over time ability. Hextech Revolver item.png Spell vamp is fully applied. Rylai's Crystal Scepter item.png Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 15% slow. Magic damage will be mitigated by magic shields. Banshee's Veil item.png Spell shields will not block the ability. Either Rylai's or Hextech application seems to be wrong here, or can someone explain to me why it is like it is. | ||

Except maybe even more of each. His new HP scaling is ridiculous. Not only does he only have to level 1 point to get full benefits from his HP stacking, but he gets more HP from kills than he used to and double dips in HP since you have to kill him twice every single time. And his infinite scaling stat is one that scales with building tanky items which is obviously what he wants. Thing is right now (and for the forseeable future), shitty early game awesome late game solo laners are no good. | ||

overall sion's kit is basically 100% reliant on your team landing hard cc or the opponent not paying attention. Q and R are both super telegraphed and easily dodged while teams can just pop your W before you get in range so that it does 0 damage. but since most people are terrible he will probably crush solo queue once people get better with him and stop trying to long distance ult and max channel his Q because he does seem to do a ton of damage if people get hit by your skillshots. | ||

THESE ARE THE RULES THAT I HAVE JUST MADE UP. Also these Quinn changes on reignofgaming. Rank 3 ult 1 second cooldown. That's not going to happen. | ||

That's not going to happen. also kayle would get raped lategame by 6item nasus i dont know what is this guy smoking, worst case scenario hes a huge tank with broken 5s slow which eliminates adc from the fight, aoe and retarded single target dmg | ||
