(or any champ pool in general). I'd actually say they are a lot like Dignitas in that IMO Shiphtur is clearly their best player, and he always performs pretty well. Dig performs well when the non-Shiphtur players put it together and carry. Plus Kiwikid and Crumbzz do the same "Dora the Explora" and "Way too Ham" plays that Pooh and Bengi are want to do respectively. That said, I haven't seen that much EU or NA LCS this season because of new job + moving. I pretty much only watch C9 games vs. CLG/LMQ/TSM and Alliance vs. Fnatic. http://www.reignofgaming.net/redtracker/topic/115749-ranged-champions-take-more-skill-than-melee-ones By the way: Ghostcrawler on Melee v. Ranged ^^. Seems to me that the inherent problem is that there arent enough melee champions with vlad passives so they can actually have a traditional weak early-strong late power curve while not being oppressive early (like ranged often are) or midgame like renekton or shyvana can be when strong early.

Leblanc jayce zed yasuo lulu syndra riven orianna karthus ahri kassadin ezreal gragas nidalee khazix Kayle fizz diana tf xerath ziggs zilean. Might be a few more that I missed, but that's what I remember. The scariest part is that faker was probably top3 world on most of these picks.

Ive been trying it the last couple of days and he is a suprisingly strong lane bully personally I think lane naut and lane maokai are both underrated. I'm not sure if they're competitive viable, but it's a lot stronger than it gets credit for.

Surprising, considering Mao has some of the best gank support in the game. Roccat played better overall, but the Mao picked worked well. Would need to see more of it before you could judge it, but it wasn't bad overall.

Biggest issue I've had with her is she cannot stop a TP. :-/

Personally I have a hard time finding any champions that are truely "good" against him, in so far I've had the most succees with Nidalee (3 games experience as of now), the thought being her sustain alongside strong earlygame trades and free wave clear to not just be outpushed. Biggest issue I've had with her is she cannot stop a TP. :-/ if he's tping in you should take his tower pretty much if yours is down or tp down behind him and follow if your lanes are gonna need the help

There really isn't a player like Flash that started playing LOL when he was 10-12, and can truly "see the matrix" of the game.

I think faker is the limit of the game in its current incarnation. without new cast members or a lot of changes, i can't see someone exceeding what faker does. there just isn't enough to take advantage of that faker isn't already doing. i mean there are maybe things to do with 5 fakers he can't do alone. but chain cc is out, diving is already done near perfectly, and individual play is what faker shines at.

While I agree LoL isnt as deep as Broodwar at one time no one was ever "going to be better" than oov, nada, savior etc etc but it still happened

I mean i don't know what he's thinking, so maybe he could improve his timing of cooldowns, and perfect his ranging with minion aggro or autos. but i don't know for certain if he's even lacking in those areas, i haven't talked with him obviously. There are certainly plenty of team strategy related improvements to be made in lol, but like i said, its hard to see any individual play improvements over faker unless more depth is added. at least there are no apparent improvements to be made.

The drink->teleport also means I'll do very little damage to him while he's channeling. Have anyone had succes with a toplaner who can cancel TP against him? Overall Nidalee has felt like she can survive alright and force him into building quite tanky meaning we're on par in the lategame (IMO Nidalee doesn't really fall off once she finish her second offensive item, Void Staff is the best IMO for the assassination on squishies). I'm open for anything, totally at a loss about what to do and pick against him. I mean with Nidalee I can survive and go even in lane. But he just offers so much more on the TPs which I cannot stop.

Jack of Hearts Twisted Fate Freljord Ashe Gatekeeper Galio It's a shame I don't play much of these champs. I never play Ashe, I always consider learning TF and Galio, but I never have actually followed through with it. Still saved a lot of change with the Gatekeeper pick up. Might have to give him a whirl.
