What is this, and where did it come from? I don't remember seeing any info about this one. That blood pool is amazing/reflective. Real wow. The rest still seems incomplete though. For example, his recall animation definitely seems to be missing. Also not the biggest fan of how similar all of his spells look for the most part. I guess they are going for necrovlad with it or something

I feel really sad with these Skarner changes. The whole point of him was that he'd farm fast then show up with his ult. He does not farm fast anymore at all and his new passive is pretty shit from the game I played. If you just AFK farm you don't hit 6 before 6:40 and the stun duration on his new passive is so short you can't even really gank with it.

Yea the overall color scheme is not my style either, but I'm pretty amazed by simple things. I edited it above, but yall respond too fast I guess. That blood pool reflection makes this skin already 100x more appealing than any of his others(except maybe bloodlord vladimir which had a pretty amazing release/theme behind it). If they add reflection to the rest of his skins, it would be cool.

Too distracting imo. Bloodlord Vlad still the best imo.
The purple/green doesn't look good on any of the skins. Like that new Lissandra skin, and the underworld TF skin, etc.

I used to think that when everyone was bad at Leblanc. A good Leblanc does not fall off. In fact, a good Leblanc not only doesn't fall off, she scales really hard with like 3.7 ap ratio. No amount of MR can stop 6 item Leblanc from obliterating you, it may not be 100 to 0, but she can combo you hard enough for the adc to finish you off in 2 or 3 autos if you're full tank

erm...a properly played Leblanc does just that. Plus, a late game Leblanc doesn't need to hit absolutely everything to delete a squishy.
Watch Faker, Bjergsen, any of the top mid laners play Leblanc. They're good because they can land every QW, every chain, every ult combo, etc...
Leblanc having to W in wasn't really much of a liability for her damage potential when she still had silence because her target can't retaliate with cc. Then her instant cast, no animation W return gets her out of trouble. Now, without silence, it'll be riskier, but dunno if it'll completely gut her.

"managed to proc q both times" implying thats a thing that is hard to do. so you could argue that staying around long enough to set off the stun is not always the correct play on LB, so shes only got a realistic combo of 3 AP or whatever, but thats still gonna delete the enemy carry with no problem.
