Literally what you do is take W off smartcast, and have range indicator on all the time. Click enemy unit of choice, and the moment range indicator disappears start mashing Q. Or alternately, look for when Ali suddenly begins to charge like the cow he is and start mashing Q. Perfectly possible even with 100 ping. | ||

Just plink W->Q and it works every time as long as your W is in range. I also use smartcast. That is, just hit Q a single time around a frame after W, works always. Can also be slower but you can do it very very fast and it's still ok. | ||
