If you start the animation and then they flash you will knock them up, so long as you complete the animation. If issue any command when they're not right in front of you, your animation cancels and you don't get the damage. (like if you're say clicking attack move furiously, you wind up to E, they flash, you click attack move it will cancel the animation) | ||
