You need other sources of damage on your team to force them, though... Yes but CROWS. In seriousness, there are things that Fiddle brings to the table that Lulu doesn't. Comparing them based on their biggest CCs seems silly. But I'll give you that I think Fiddle is probably better in the jungle atm with Spectral and all that. | ||
