Annie's more relevant late game cooldown is Flash, not Tibbers. ye, the only time it really matters is when you win a mid game team fight, push through to inhib and then normally have to back off as an annie team because you are shit at that stage of the game without the big bursting effect+ long range stun. having the tibbers cast back a little sooner helps quite a bit in those type situations. but the situations that happen every game, coming back to lane and instantly blowing people up, or just general late game team fights, it makes no difference. | ||

Current PBE ----- Previous PBE ------ Live Value Omitting the last one makes all the changes too hard to remember and evaluate. I remember missing one PBE release, then seeing that Ryze was getting "buffed" and was like "Why", but really they were reverting a Colossal Nerf to merely a Large Nerf. | ||
