Yeah, I've only got 1 game so far, and I was maxing Q just cuz I had no idea what to do.
Definitely want to give max W a shot cuz lvl 9 upgrade W burst sounds insane.

I used to do a lot of BT into Trinity Vayne and it's really bursty but if the enemy team has someone to dive/chase you which is almost always, then you need to get bork, and Bork trinity is terrible. I really like it though, there have been quite a few times where i catch the enemy AD splitpushing and I ult in and crit+sheen+ult+tumble them and they are dead within 3 shots.

So I got Pool Party Leona from a mystery box, so I jungled one Leona game last night.
Then I learned the terror that is jungle leona when combined with a post lvl 6 Quinn/Thresh bot lane. You can dive one person SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard.

They said they're rebalancing scaling so that in most categories, flat doesn't just flat out beat scaling because the scaling kicks in at a useless point. Also armor yellows will probably no longer be single best in slot seal for almost every hero/role combination.

Also, shot in the dark - "marks are offense, seals are defense, glyphs are utility" might mean that MR and gold/10 runes are switching places (gold/10 now blue, best MR runes are now yellow), which would might force a real choice of yellows to take.

That's the only substantial thing in the entire post aside from the removal of Improved Summoner Spell and changing Biscuit. Everything else was ideas and from the sounds of it, Runes aren't even going to make it to Pre-Season for quite some time.

The first thing that stands out with live rune balance is that runes with the clearest power also happen to be among the strongest (flat AD, flat MR, flat armor, etc). Because of how infrequently runes are tuned, players tend to accept that certain runes provide a core set of base stats that are ‘best in slot’ and shy away from customization. I'm sort of amused at how Riot doesn't make the connection that part of the reason for this is that the inability to tune your rune selection AFTER teams have selected champions forces players' runepages to be somewhat general, even when you have access to a large number of runepages.

If you could do that, you wouldn't buy as many rune pages with RP (cuz let's be serious, no one wants to drop 6300 on a page). It's in their best business interest to not allow it. Although it's certainly not in the best interest of the game.

Ok.... Chu8 has an avg of 30-40K+ total dmg done for every game with Heim since I've started watching. This last game he had 50K+ Dmg with banner/ohms/IBG/hex/sorc/Twin(not really relevant since he got it so late). Imagine if he had some more normal mage items instead of the hex and ohms. Banner is so nice on him, I would follow it up with a grail instead of the ohms. Other mage items would work too.

I still think scaling runes will be a noob trap even if it breaks even then that's like five minutes for you to accrue an advantage with your better stats.
Only thing that would make scaling runes better is if they increased the scaling a lot on the later levels and there was a way or reason for you to take advantage of some later timing with Cary champ, assuming you could create a scenario in which they could free farm (ie 2v1).
