Sorry guys fell into a coma yesterday after university I was so tired. Until next time.

Ok!
By the way, Prog, seeing that you're a Diamond support main, did you have any tips for my support play in the game where you played Jinx and I played Annie?

Unfortunately I don't remember too much of that game, other than that you did not flash for the first blood stun. I think we dominated bot lane pretty hard against the lantern first thresh and you played the advantage situation pretty well so that we got good damage on them every time they were close. Maybe we could have gotten an additional kill right when you hit lvl 6 if you moved closer to them while still being lvl 5 and instantly go on them reaching 6 with flash tibbers, but that's not really a big issue. After the laning phase we just got the perfect initiate from Malphite/Wukong to cruise to the victory.
Looking at the itemchoice in lolking I think your choice of boots could have been better. You don't get much from ninja tabi. Either go for movement (mobility or swiftness) or sorcerers. They had a pokey comp, so movement is probably better to get close enough for the initiation/follow-up to Malphite.
Also you did not switch to red trinket accoring to lolking.

Also you did not switch to red trinket accoring to lolking. I always feel like tabis are pretty good while still laning, but yeah I guess sorcs/mobies would have been better. Also I don't think its worth to flash for a first blood while it still gives so little. And yes I always forget to switch out trinkets. Like I've played I think 20 games of support this season and after every game I'm like, remember to switch out trinkets next game! But then I always forget.
Does jinx have enough follow up on a flash tibbers at level 6 btw? I feel like I'm wasting ult when I do flash tibbers with an adc a screen away.

Jinx definitely has enough follow up. The ultimate alone hits pretty hard after you went in with your combo.
Edit: About the first blood: I still think it is worth, especially if only a botlaner flashes. It's more difficult to punish a missing flash in botlane early i think.

Seems that I'm pretty good with adc :p
But not Cait. Shouldn't have lost the poke game against Annie/Jinx.

I actually took E to escape and keep my flash up, so I was kinda screwed myself

Randy why u no come play with me, playing support for an adc who afk's at the 15 minute mark is no fun :<
|
I was so much behind that grouping would mean sealing the game for me as I would have 0 farm and I would have been so useless it wasn't that different from a straight up 4v5
|
I think he wants you to duoQ with him
What did you guys think of the way we planned our comps and strategies in yesterday's inhouses? I know i enjoyed it a lot more this way

It's definitely something worth doing once in a while, but I was actually glad that in last game my team didn't say anything and just picked whatever. But then maybe I'm just salty because no one wanted to to the KT comp

I'm just not sure it's that feasible to try very specific comps like that one in random inhouses, which are probably better suited for testing out in 5's where everyone is more even-ish in skill, and has more time to read through it.
Main issue, in most games there is a very large range of skill between the different players, having a comp which relies of several players to each do a specific job runs on the assumption that each player will be roughly equal, with noone hard carrying and noone falling behind, for the combo to actually be worth executing. For example, if you have a gold kha jungling vs a diamond player, he's likely going to fall quite far behind, and the strat falls apart because it runs off the idea that they'll have to focus him.
Also a lack of people maining specific champions, it's one thing to need a tanky top, or some hard engage from someone, but if you try and get 4 roles with specific champions, people probably won't all feel fully comfortable on their champions, unless you're really lucky. And again, a comp which runs of relatively complex interactions between multiple champions, getting kha to bait aggro, then get all the shields onto him, whic everyone kites etc, isn't going to go off well if people aren't very comfortable with the kits/exactly how to position/play on their champions. Like the time we spent 8 minutes discussing what should go with a twitch/shen comp, before realising noone actually had any experience playing twitch.
It was also a pretty specific strategy, it involved sending your mid laner off to a side laner, your duo mid, maybe your top bot, then doing several specific rotations. There was a fair bit of reading to absorb i just the 3-4 minutes we have to talk about things, and again it also relies on lanes winning to to you picking strong laners, which is definitely not a guarantee in inhouses, where you often have strong skill imbalances in some lanes, which are made up for by imbalances elsewhere.
Apologies if i've randomly written a wall of text, (I accidentally do that sometimes,) just wanted to make clear I wasn't randomly shooting down ideas :p
If you wanna try the specific comp in 5's i'm sure you wouldn't have too much trouble getting 4 other people rounded up to read through it, then try it in a few games. (I'd be up for it whenever if you need me ^^)

Yeah I meant duo q, he mentioend wanting to duo today, but I didn't see him online ^^

Yeah, lets do the KT comp in some ranked 5 games. Out of those champions I could play Shen, Kha and possibly Caitlyn if thats the adc of choice.
|
Problem is we never play 5s because every time we want to we end up with 10 people :^)
|
We could play 5s right now : D
