What do people think hard lanes for Lissandra are?
I just played about 100 ranked games with her and this is what I feel like I'm having issues with: Leblanc, Syndra, Pantheon, Akali
Any others that seem supertough?
I've found that Viktor just straight up beats her hard, considering if she ever wants to really Q harras you shes almost guaranteed to at least eat laser if not his Q as well. Going aggreisive at 6 with her E means he just lays down his stun and laughs.

Shyvana is just a lot stronger then these champions in a fight. A halfway decent Renekton will try to hit and run but even if all you hit is 1 tick of burnout and E+Q you still win the trade by a very significant margin. All Nasus can do is wither and run away. Burnout does obscene damage in protracted fights so neither of them will want to go toe to toe. Usually a few potions are enough sustain for Shyvana who is just a huge lane bully against melee champs. Also, you win the duel at level 6 easily with either of these champs. I have a lot more problems against ranged harrass champions like Kennan or Elise.

I wonder how teams will manage their condition. Being in NA they have a really limited amount of practice they can do, and I'm not so sure they're going to want to scrim each other over and over. Royal said they wanted to scrim with OMG to prepare for Worlds because the koreans wouldn't at this point but that's only 1 team. I think the Taiwanese/SEA teams will practice with everyone, or at least that's just the feeling I get. Even NA teams are gonna have some trouble because a lot of teams are on break. Definitely don't think Dig, CLG, or Curse will be ready to scrim with them.
I'm pretty sure neither SKT or MVP want each other to know each other that well. I think they consider each other the main obstacles in this tournament. When 2 really good teams know each other in and out it starts to become really even.

;_; Lost lane to Vlad again. WW invaded Fiddle at our red so I came, but Vlad tried to shove so I guess I didn't lose much exp on that one, then after he abused the 10+ minion wave to harass me under tower we traded kills when Fiddle ganked (I died to the last tick of ignite because no minion was kind enough to let me heal off of it qq), that made him hit 5 right after I hit 4. That's... a lot of exp. I guess kill exp is evenly split between all champs present rather than working like kill gold.
Then it was the usual, unless I all-in him with Ignite and stuff he'll just heal almost any damage I deal to him between W/Q cooldowns by shoving the wave, and if I step near him to stop the wave from reaching the tower he'll just heal on me rather than the minions. Maybe I should always get boots first back (I took ruby+long sword+consumables, finished Phage next back, and by that time it was painfully obvious that he'd won the lane and if I tried to fight/harass him instead of farming at tower it'd get worse, so I just built spectre's cowl to survive better, delaying boots) and try to fight him more aggressively at levels 4-5, or even all-in him. I'm always afraid to push too hard because Irelia has 0 tools to farm near the enemy turret until 6 while it's hard to answer to harass (if they run under tower you burn your cds for 2-3 Hiten autos), but maybe the issue isn't only the aggression and I should work on my lane control/awareness to make sure I only trade hard as the next wave is about to come up so I get to shove it in the enemy tower (instead of shoving earlier and have the wave meet in enemy tower range where I won't be able to walk).
Flask was probably a bad start versus his dshield too, unless I pressed really hard while my regen beats his and his cooldowns are long, at levels 3-5, maybe even all-ining him while the wave pushes if I can, so even without a kill if I force a back he misses on some exp and I can try to ding 6 first or something and pressure him again with that. Plus since his cooldowns are so long maybe I should start dshield so I can win trades pretty hard is he tries to retaliate, as with Q on cd he'll only have autos.
Dammit. I don't play her nearly as much anymore and while I would reliably win in a vacuum in s2 I just can't seem to get ahead in s3 where the tiniest thing (failed allied jungle gank, enemy jungler camping to zone, invade making me lose exp/have to deal with a creep disadvantage, etc.) will send that match-up spinning for me. Being a scrub is hard. >_<
I could be wrong here, but I think the main problem was your first back. picking up ruby + longsword+consumes vs null x2 +pots/wards seems like the main reason he was able to bully you so hard afterwards. if you showed up with flask, nullx2 and some pots, i don't see what vlad could have done to you at that point. you're both starting to hit your sweet spots, but vlad can't really itemize defensively against you while you don't really lose anything for just rushing MR.
In s2, the times i've seen vlad beat irelia, first back: irelia went triforce parts; the times irelia won; wits/mercs parts.

I am POSITIVE that as Lucian my Q has been critting on occasion. Is this intended?

I just ran some tests, it's a display bug.
Lucian's Q will "crit" visually (based on your crit chance) but it won't do any addition damage. You just the nifty '!'.

I've only played like 20 with her but I had a really really hard time with swain. I imagine if you get good pre 6 ganks it would be ok though. But I didn't and it was brutal.

Also, I discovered that Lucian's passive is messed up when attacking non-champions. It's supposed to do "full damage" when attacking minions/monsters, but Riot implemented it in a weird way. Passive attacks against minions/monsters do 50% AD base + 50% AD bonus damage.
The practical upshot of this is that passive crits against minions/monsters do less damage than they should, because the 50% AD bonus damage isn't considered for the purposes of crit.
This has no bearing on fighting champions, but it's still weird.
