Also Neo I may steal the darkness thing for an upcoming mafia game I'll be hosting in the Mafia subforum.

I'll give people warning at some point in case anyone here wants to try out mafia and sign up or something---there are a couple people who frequent this subforum as well who will be helping me out.

They wanted to reduce the burden of buying a Bulwark every game, so they instead just pushed the burden onto Locket instead...? How does this make any sense? New Yi seems lame.

New Yi seems pretty good to me, honestly. It's AD Yi but better, with a Q and W that're somewhere between old AD Yi's (bad) and AP Yi's (OP as balls). If you didn't like old AD Yi you'll likely hate him now but I liked both versions of him previously, so I'm pretty ecstatic.

Played my first game of silver vs plat (On silver side despite being low gold they allowed a bit of lenience) it was really fun to get butchered by a diamond III eve (I actually got praised by both teams, eve even said I'd be good if I had better buff control and first route :D).
Anyways the eve told me the route for jungle is now doublebuffs than solo lanes can anyone chime in on this as I normally cleared the small camps on the way to my second buff but she said it isn't good anymore.

its cuz u can get lvl 3 fastest in the game by saving ur smite for 2nd buff camp then go immediately to a solo lane at like less then 3 minutes in the game and put out insane pressure/kill them then rotate again

Well, with a 1.0 AD scaling Q that can crit and is lowered on autos, he has the capability somewhat still.

Essentially weaker aura, but upgrades to locket which still gives you the old shield active.

Now that I think about it, do you guys think junglers will have an earlier power peak now? Finishing ancient golem + locket will be cheaper than the old ancient golem + bulwark and now you get 20% CDR instead of just 10% which I find pretty significant.

Pretty much. Which is what I think they wanted. Everyone was buying Aegis/Locket already, now only one person has to get it. Doesn't change anything at a pro level since supports don't buy real items anymore anyway.
