also, has anyone tried elise on the PBE? I feel like 80%+ of the repels I activate are the ones that are "slightly outside of the indicated range". How big of a nerf is it? It is super noticeable?

Like always the item changes will be the most impactful ones by far.
I might be wrong, but arent the new MR item so good that it is a nerf to mages in general? Especially in 1v1. I would like that, less AP top. :D
