seriously all the champs that have 2 kits need to get the irelia treatment elise, nidalee, jayce, all pretty bullshit. (both ad and ap nidalee might be the only one that works but they both feel broken if they get fed and useless if they dont so im not sure) also, thresh, what the fuck? you force bot lane to be boring as fuck because lantern ganks are so strong so you cant really play aggressive same with jayce top basically being untouchable if you are good because of the double escape against a gap closer, pretty much no counterplay and even ranged champs have trouble when he can just farm from a million range with q THE RANTS | ||

I see this statement often: "wow this champion is really good when fed/snowballing" or "omg this champion sucks if not fed/snowballing" or both at the same time. So what I believe is that a champion who is fed is ofc stronger but what for example nidalee and other weird champions do is punish bad plays really hard and reward smart dominant play really hard on a mechanical level. An ok nida player has the basic mechanics and experience to hit spears and to do well timed cougar burst combos a really good nida player knows exactly the limits of that champion and constantly forces situations where she is good at by timing buffs, warding the right areas and putting a ton of pressure while never getting caught. thats a player who doesnt all-in just because he hits a spear and then feeds his 3-0 to 2-3 ppl. That kind of nida player has hit enough of those kind of spears that he doesn't get too excited about it but uses it to maintain pressure. besides that theres also the nida player who picks nida into the wrong comps or gets heavily counterpicked by 1-3 opponents. This is also true for alot of assassin type champions like kassadin, who gets useless really fast if the opponents have naut, graves, taric, ryze and shen. But then ppl say "oh look kass is not fed. kass is really bad if not fed". when actually he is just a situational pick. elise and jayce in the other hand are kind of another story, because despite the similarities to nida they have much stronger fighting utility. Having a nidalee in your teamfight can be pretty strong but having a jayce or elise gives that extra utility which nida doesnt have. so those champions really lack nothing, which makes them very non-situational. | ||
