Nvm I get it now. Hidden +1 function
EDIT2: Ooh, thanks Yango. I thought it was the + thing, guess that denotes gifting.

The post was a test post, real one is posted. The trial post is stored. It's the same thing we do with our TL LoL write-ups.

Farming should not cause the jungler to neglect the pressure they're actually supposed to apply in the early game. Particularly with lane swaps reducing the expected farm on an off-laner and the fact that the champ pool for top and jungle have always been somewhat similar/overlapping, it should not be that unnatural for a jungler to take the farm that the off-laner would otherwise have taken midgame, or for them to find a distribution of farm between the two of them that allows them both to finish key items. The only thing preventing this is the communication/social dynamic within teams--where the junglers are just *used* to not getting that farm and the off-laners are *used* to taking it. Bolded part is kinda the issue I was referring to. This is not really a balance QQ, just a general musing. But, assuming buffs are not up (and they rarely are) + dragon is not a legit option for the enemy team (also, tbh a significant part of the game), a failed gank is worth more than the equivalent time farming camps. I think we should wait a bit. If control jungling is good then maybe Shaco will also make a comeback. That guy is slippery and I've had games where he stole all my buffs even when I warded them and pinged for my allies to come because stealth flash op. From my EXP, and watching LCS/OGN the only kind of jungler that is nearly 100% ineffective is the farming jungler. Obviously ganking/diving is strong, and counterjungling is also very effective, in that it sets back junglers trying to gank/dive/farm. Unfortunately Riot doesn't balance around what is going on at the highest levels. The problem is actually worse at lower levels where punishing failed ganks on other parts of the map is more difficult.

I think it really depends though; there are definitely situations where applying lane pressure instead of farming can back fire pretty hard. But in current 2v1 lane roles I definitely see what you're saying. I think thats why we see a resurgence of Nasus; cuz he can just Spirit Fire a wave and walk right away. It was exceptionally effective in the Vulcan vs Ves match back in superweek.

Why would I take 2 hours+ to write an interesting post when nobody will be able to find it again anyways ? It will spark discussion for 2/3 pages at most and then nobody will be able to find it again. See this. See how it is getting buried? Diamond+ forum pls. Right after this post people suggested starting a dedicated thread in the Strategy subforum for whatever kind of discussions he wanted to start. GD moves incredibly fast but there are other avenues for discussing narrow topics, ones that don't require excluding people simply based on their rating. If some shitty Bronze player tries to lend their opinion and they are wrong there's nothing stopping anyone from picking apart what is wrong with their logic. And if they still don't see the light, who cares, they are wrong and will probably never improve at LoL. Our community is small as it is, we don't need further segregation.
