so whos overall better pick for top between fiora or wukong? i lean towards wukong but im scared every game i will be facing renekton,darius, garen and lee which will crush me, on other hand fiora seems to be pretty decent vs all of them

Wukong.

But it's really about comfort. No matter how much "better" a champion is, it doesn't matter if you're not comfortable with him. You can be very good at Teemo, but totally shit at Jayce. Just because Jayce is "better" really shouldn't matter. If you're better with Fiora, keep at her. Practice Wukong until you're comfortable with him.

I'm a big fan of Fiora and I will admit it, Wukong is probably a better overall pick for top. More utility, better itemization choices, and great initiation (that combos well with some others like Ori).

As for top lane matchups, Fiora has some bad ones as well (looking at you Malphite), so don't worry too much about those. Fiora's still a perfectly good buy for top. Need to get familiar with her however. Fiora's still a scary top/mid laner if you know what you're doing.

So, how was your first game like in League and how did it go?

I remember I picked Vlad, used Q backwards, had no idea what his ultimate did, and tried to use his pool to bypass turrets and kill the Nexus.

My teammates were not pleased. Don't think I've touched Vlad since.

I think its weird you say that because all of those champs except lee I hate playing against as Fiora, particularly Darius, I can't seem to do anything against him.

Only thing I remember from my 1st game ever was that one of my friends got me into it and someone on my team raged at me for not playing up to his standards.

Well no shit, my first game ever. Half the game I was learning what the different parts of UI are and what these buttons do, as well as reading my ability tooltips.

After Vlad, I played GP for like 30 straight games. I thought he was OP as fuck because he had a spell that gave him health and an ultimate that could be used anywhere on the map. Free health and global ultimate? gg, gp too strong

I played MF and I had no idea what you were supposed to do. I maxed E purely because it was aoe. I don't remember if I won or lost, and I was playing mid solo against an Ashe or something.

I came from Dota, so I chose Blitzcrank because he looked like Pudge. I remember landing a bunch of hooks but forgetting what his w, e, r did. Also I tried to duel the higher level and better itemed enemy Blitzcrank because Dota had subtle movement and vision mechanics you could abuse; it ended badly.

Fiora does poorly vs Renekton. She's generally able to snowball against Garen from my experience (blocking Q damage and outdamaging him early vs his spin). Darius is a snowbally matchup (on both sides), but Fiora has the upper hand early on in lane (which you can abuse that as all hell), and wins early trades. Just don't get hit by the axe portion of his Q and W his W (your E lasts longer and is more effective then his W if you max it second first). This is a matchup where W or E max Fiora works way better then Q max. W is flat out better in duels/top lane trades.

Old GP in a 1v2 was abusive as fuck. With proper lane control, the enemy laner couldn't even come near the creep wave for exp. If you went for an extended lane phase, gg.
