I think it's cool that they have game 1 between Coast and TSM as a re-match from the Spring Split finals. Super week for week 1 is obviously cool too so that we can get a decent glimpse at the standings a bit earlier (will still need to wait until at least week 3 or 4 to get an accurate assessment of where all the teams stand imo).
As for C9, I think that Hai is poised to be the best mid laner in NA. Balls is really average, hopefully he can develop as the season goes on but he's been in the 'pro' scene before and got benched from Vulcun/FeaR due to poor performance. Lemonnation is good, Sneaky is also good, but they're untested against LCS bot lanes (however their scriming with TSM probably helped that lane out the most). Meteos looked incredible during qualifiers though.
I don't expect C9 to do extraordinary during the early weeks. I think they're definitely overhyped a bit. But if they can play with the same pressure they did during qualifiers and if Balls and their bot lane can improve they will be one of the scariest teams in the second half of the split for sure.
Super week will be a great test for them too. They play Curse, Dig, TSM, Coast, and VES.
I actually really agree with your assessment. I think large skill differences in mid and jungle are some of the most obvious/snowball games the most. And Hai and Meteos are C9's strongest players. They are still strong LCS players, but won't be stomping thru like they did in the Amateur scene.
The Lemon/Sneaky bot lane was better than most of the amateur bot lanes they played, but won't have the benefit of absurd Hai/Meteos pressure and will be at a 2v2 disadvantage to some of the LCS bots
And Balls is decent, but I think needs a lot of help to win his lane 1v1 and without Hai and Meteos stomping people, he's going to start consistently losing top.
The team is still good, like a ~60% win team in LCS, but their top and bot are going to have to improve now that Hai/Meteos are going up against players good enough to stop the game from snowballing.

From what I noticed of it, isn't it just better supported dominion mode? I don't know how long it will last, but seems okay. As in, if they support it well enough, it could be something. Although if we take into consideration how dominant LoL and DotA2 are, it doesn't really have much going for it.

but that's only the japanese version on japanese servers. so meh. back to lol and dota it is.

checking his runes he had +26 ap +13 armor. someone pls help me. his only item at the time was seeker's (and a d-blade and boots, neither of which give armor or ap)
he can get 45 armor and 35 ap from seeker's (which wasn't fully stacked by this time)
kennen's base armor is 14 (+3.75) so he should have had 40.25 base, +13 runes, +45 max from seeker's = 98.25. defensive runes gave him 2 more, that's still 10 armor unaccounted for
his ap should have been 35 + 26 = 61... another 25 unaccounted for. 7 for blast mastery, 6 for mental force, 5% for archmage would be ~78. ~8 ap unaccounted for
so this guy basically had 200g + 174g = 374g free stats out of nowhere.
edit: ignite mastery + 5 ap okay so ap is basically accounted for
pls tl tell me how this happened. is there some sort of hack to equip multiple runes in slots or something? kennen is bullshit enough as it is. infinite range no resources impossible to catch. how did he get so much free shit too?

I suggest you tell your team how BS AP champs are. And ban them from playing Zed, Khazix, and Jayce. It will turn out well for you :p

Was it right after he got out of it? According to the wiki, the resists last 4 seconds, even if the rest of the ability (which lasts only up to 3 seconds) is cancelled.
