I could be wrong, but I feel that Gold V people are wayyyy worse than 1500 Elo players from last season. I think Riot secretly lowered the bar with the introduction of the new league system. The "V" of any division is usually pretty shit; cuz you can't drop out of it. So if a silver player gets a lucky 10 game ranked winning streak, they get put into Gold, but now they can't drop out of it. It's also the hardest one to get out of if you are around that elo. There are good people and very bad people it's just so random lol.
This does actually make me feel better about my perpetual Silver V-ness.

Just got knocked BACK by Zac's ult, instead of UP. There was a tower behind. Meh.

Somebody test this for me, I want to see if this is srs.
I was in a game where my bot lane on both sides said Vayne could condemn Thresh into his lantern and it stuns him.

In NA, they used to.

There's no activity there any time I log on, but then again the times I play is usually late night EST.
Lastly, if Elo Hell talk is banned, I hope we can ban talk about the new system as well. At the very least, create a new thread(so it can be closed), instead of doing it here. People either don't want to understand the system, or do understand it and just want to whine about it because they are overly worried about their random numbers.

Blissey was strong in gen4 too, she was a staple on all stall teams, she herself had stealth rock and could use them well, and the introduction of stealth rock was pretty nice for stall teams. But in gen5 with legal Wobbufett and stronger setup sweepers (thundurus-T...) she and especially stall teams in general sort of suck. Their only advantage is that they suck so no one prepares for them so they are kind of alright.

Since you can't get demoted by playing bad Gold V, Plat V, Diamond V players have a high tendency to be really bad and not truly be what ranking they are. You can luck out in placements and end up in Gold but really be a Silver or Bronze player and the only way to drop down would be to just not play ranked at all for like three months. You could be boosted to Plat V or Diamond V, or possibly gotten really really lucky throughout multiple promotions, and not truly be Plat or Diamond caliber player but stay at that tier for all of S3.
Ops, I actually meant Gold V and IV. Like.... they are really bad.

Tried it a few times but it didn't work.Even used a ruler to see if I am bad and can't even figure out where to stand :D.
There could be a magical pixel that stuns but I doubt it.

That said, the pokemon metagame isn't completely broken currently, just that the pokemon company has quite little control of how they can make the metagame evolve.
Pssh. I don't know why they introduced entry hazards anyways. Swapping a pokemon is a big enough detriment as it is, and it really just encouraged this boring stally style of play.
Better to somehow go back to G1 with a few changes like: Not all ghost pokemon have Poison; Not all Dragons end with flying; More Dragon/Ghost type moves; and possibly split special off/def. I mean, jesus, I thought these games were made for kids?
