You will need to move the options window partly offscreen to be able to reach the necessary buttons.
To refine your steps a little further, use Ctrl+Shift+Esc. It is way easier and directly opens the Task Manager by just using your thumb and middle finger and you don't have to look at your keyboard or use your mouse.
The only time Ill use Ctrl+Alt+Del is when there is a Full screen bug where I cant get to Task manager by Alt+Tabing.

you can also unlock your taskbar and drag it to a side and then back again. no clue why it works but it does

the thing about olaf and other people who got nerfed like udyr and garen was that at the start of S3, spirit of the ancient golem was better, warmogs was cheaper, randuins was cheaper, sunfire was cheaper, botrk wasnt in the game. Once you nerf the tank items, buff the adc items, and nerf the champs themselves you overdo it when you all did small nerfs all around.
and even when olaf was popular it was when randuins and warmogs were EVEN better (once warmogs was charged) so there you go.

In S2 even though Olaf had poor win rates I felt he was ok in bot games, and a pretty scary champ to play against overall.

I have my pinkie on the shift key, thumb on space bar and the other 3 fingers mapped to A, W, D. (I still use QWER + DF my hand is just naturally positioned this way)

Ideally you want full scaling MR, but in arranged matches it's way too common for junglers to have level 1-3 fights, so you want at least a few flat MR. If you only have one rune page for your jungle I would run either 3-4 flat MR, or full scaling MR.
EDIT: Scaling overtakes flat MR after level 9, which is around most mid-game objective control starts. This is why you want as many scaling MR as you can get away with. But flat MR is great since just about every jungler and mid lane does magic damage (except Zed and Khazix - but those assholes should be banned anyway), which is really helpful in early game jungle invades and ganks.

It hurts my heart to see that skill-less assholes like Vman and Athene still have so many viewers. That has been said numerous times before, but yet they still exist. I do wish these persistent roaches would be stamped out of the community and forgotten.

Well VMan is just a douche. Athene is a real full-out asshole, destroying games for hundreds of players (I played with him a few times and holy shit just thinking of it makes me wanna puke), spouting bullshit everywhere he goes, and should be kicked out of the GAMNG community.
