My rule with and against Draven is hard cc. Draven hits his bloodrush and runs at the AD you just polymorph/dazzle/tornado him, there's nothing the AD can really do though. Cait's kind of annoying but I think the emphasis is more on the AD there. He has to find good spots to hit her with abilities since Cait sucks so much in an all-in fight and basically has to run.

You can always just learn urgot lol. Varus does fine against cait I've found, and an aggressive graves does fine too. My go to vs. cait used to used to be lvl 6 trist all in with ignite, but ever since adc's started bringing barrier every game it doesn't work so well anymore.
In other news, counterpicking kass as annie by taking ad runes/masteries is kind of hilarious (I even went doran's blade + doran's ring instead of doran's ring x2 first back).

Buy T3 runes that are all-rounders (Arp / MP reds, HP quints, Armor seals etc) so you can use them on alot of champs.
Then buy one champ for each role (like 3150 has some awesome champs, probably need 4800 for an ADC though.) and go hell mary on that shit.

22 -> 30 will easily net you another 10k at least, which you can use to rune yourself up.
Then you need to play the obligatory 1 million normal drafts before ranked. Which nets you the other cash to buy champs.

Well. Some runes are like 900 a piece. I know hybrid pen ones are ridiculous. So each section of runes can run 8k. I wasnt talking about filling out a page. I was just talking about section.

So i thought i'd run the numbers on an "adequate" runeset for a pre-30.
HP Quints - 6K (Nothing else is really adequate here, either 2k or you need 2 sets for 1k ap/ad. You COULD buy gp10 quints for 500 a pop, but they suck on anything non-support / supp jungler)
Armor Seals - 1845 - Cheap enough and used all the time.
Hybrid Pen OR ArP + MP - 7380 Yeah, this shits expensive. Could reduce it by 25% by buying AD runes instead of ArP, but meh.
MR Glyphs - 1845.
Total - About 15k. Lol.
Ok yeah, i'd suggest spending all your money on the above set and saving for champions afterwards. That set is a decent all rounder that'll keep you going untill your 30 and have a good champion pool.

I think these are better for starting. Arpen is more specialized, and while it is slightly better, at lower levels especially the ability to miss fewer last hits is worth far more.
Then add AS red, GP10 quints for jungle/support pages.

Movement quints are more universal than heath imo, but they are expensive. Also AD quints aren't that bad on mages or supports, aa harass and easier last hitting aren't useless.
