Nauti and rammus very always pretty strong imho. The fucking taunr from rammus is so annoying, combined with an mf ult its gg t.t Nautis ult is also great.
On a sidenot, karma is not the bottom of the list anymore. Olaf replaced her.  man I remember when he was instapicked/banned last year, then the nerf hammer came. Poor olaf

10/2 with the troll jungle atm, I have a lot of trouble making him work well top though. Let's say I go even and even have a big advantage in my lane, but I feel like he doesn't snowball enough for SoloQ needs.

Ezreal and Cait are the quintessential AD carries, everyone on your list is viable, though. Just buy what you want.

Draven. Cuz stache' do you even need another reason?
Draven is an extreme case of win lane win game; he's very strong in lane, his ridiculous damage makes it very hard for opponent to trade favorably against him.

His win ratio didn't spike this high for a very long time tbh. Rumble was 1st for almost 1 year.

This may sound kind of weird but I'm surprised Teemo isn't played top more based on how many lanes he outright wins, and with the strength of both nashors for AP builds, and bork for AD builds. I don't think he's that great of a champion, but there's a lot of people who will pick just to win the lane, and Teemo shits on so many top laners.

Because TF is really squishy, you can mess up on him easily and his ult isn't useful when you don't know how to use it. TF is not really scary at low elo.
