New Map! Magma Chamber (sort of)! Looks like a new 2v2 map with side objectives. Video took me forever and a year to load though for some reason. Also, Heimer rework coming up, as seen in the video he has 3 turrets up at once. (Had to have it pointed out to me, I've never played Heimer). | ||

The direct video loads much faster. 2v2 map certainly wasn't something I was expecting, but looks neat, wonder what the side objective are. Edit: In regards to Heimer, I knew I saw a spell I didn't recognize but I didn't put two and two together. Looks like some sort of Skillshot-esque nuke came out of the one turret. Obviously not sure how that factors into game play. | ||

Obviously not sure how that factors into game play. I've actually found myself rather excited by the notion of a new map, the first one since Dominion (I don't really count Proving Grounds). While I do believe competitive LoL will likely always stay in SR as the primary arena, from a regular player's perspective, Riot really can't go wrong with new content and giving us new and fun things to do outside of regular games and Ranked. With the upcoming advent of map-specific champion changes for TT and Dom, I'd be really happy if one day I could log into League and have a nice variety of game types to play my favorite champions on, without feeling like they were shoehorned in. | ||

I wonder if they can comment on it now that it's been leaked....probably not. Edit: Oh wow a Rioter just said it's pretty much going to be for LCS All-Star game and nothing else. I'm not sure how believable that is, but whatever. | ||

Build : Tear Gauntlet/Banshee (finish both anyway, order depends on lane matchup) Finish muramana Warmogs BT if needed He deals SO MUCH FRIGGIN DAMAGE while being very tanky and adding a lot of AoE cc (Gauntlet). Really liking it so far. | ||

I find it highly unlikely that they would make what looks like a pretty well designed map (visually, anyway) and just use it for an event or two. | ||
