That's super shitty.
Of course she does.
And btw, seriously, abuse her before she gets perm-banned/nerfed.

Take poking. By timing multiple champions skillshots at the same time, and with a pattern in mind, they can be made practically undodgeable. Builds and champion choices could be synchronized accordingly - with the aim of firing a 3 champion volley every 9 seconds or similar. Take team fighting. Right now even the best teams seem to be fighting on instinct - reacting instantly to the changing movements of the other 9 champions. Targets will be focused down, vulnerable champions protected, and AOE ults chained, but beyond that there's generally not much of a plan.Teams could spend more time practicing team fights, working out set plays in the same way football teams do. The problem at the moment is the delay between communicating and acting. Just the time it takes to process 'focus xin' is time that could have been spent focussing xin. Even 0.5 seconds of moving with one mind could make the difference.

You think she's that strong? Seemed kinda meh after last round of nerfs.

I think she is currently retardedly strong in soloQ. The only reason why she isn't played in professional matches is because Janna is terribad in lane swaps and her roam is mediocre. Otherwise, many factors affected her power in S3: 1. Tanks got more defense and ADCs got less DPS, so kiting is more important than before... and Janna is great for kiting. 2. Tanky divers with gap closers are rampant, but they rarely build more than one damage item, so Janna's spammable shield is more relevant. 3. Assassins are also currently very strong, and Janna counters assassins really hard due to her shield and ult. Her win % also reflects this. She currently has the second highest win rate in soloQ at 53~54%. I think that's pretty significant considering she is played ~10% of the time and she is usually played as a support. + Show Spoiler + However, you can argue that the points I gave also applies to Lulu, yet Lulu performs really bad in soloQ. I am not 100% sure why... maybe there is something crucial I am missing here.

On an individual level there are limits, but in terms of teamwork it feels unexplored. Take poking. Even 0.5 seconds of moving with one mind could make the difference. The thing about poke is that most of the time, you want to take a second or two to line up a shot. A good angle for one player may not be a good angle for another. Each poke by itself already does enough, and if everything is down it's going to be rough times if you get engaged on. Teamfighting - Every fight is very fluid. Very few fights start in the same manner, with the exact same CD's & champions & location. This is the reason you react on instinct and make calls is because at that level, the instincts are generally correct. Yelling a focus helps people switch targets onto a vulnerable champion, or collapse on a overextended champion. Teamfight strategies do exist, but they are much more a function of synergy and the execution is already practiced.

No one channels a full tornado for the knockup so its not even a buff, except marginally possible in lvl 1 fights where you full channel blind into a brush. I guess its also a buff at levels of play where people can't dodge the most telegraphed skill in the game.

I can't think of a single reason why Lulu is supposed to be significantly harder to play than Janna. Sure, Lulu's Q is very narrow, but you get two of them. Also Lulu's R is (imo) one of the most fool-proof ultimate in the game. If I am not mistaken, even if you channel Janna Q in a brush, the opponents will still hear it.... so the surprise factor is sort of meh.

Edit: Also, Azubu is now the offical sponsor of TPA and TPS. Guess losing Blaze/Frost doesn't seem so bad for them after all (granted TPS are still a bit untested but TPA is still one of the best teams in the world) it has nothing to do with balance, but rather elegance of buff/nerf/changing. it's just like a majority of us would prefer longer patch cycles over shorter ones.

I suck at Janna too qq. The only support I can actually win with/play is Taric. Good thing I don't have to support very often haha
