Remember how immovable you were from lane? Now add in instant waveclear which is also a super good escape. Yes, you're useless aside from splitpush, but you're so obnoxiously impossible to deal with 1v1 and it's obviously a degenerate scenario that only exists because every 6 seconds you press a button to get all your health back.

And it was a super strong Nunu during midgame teamfighting, because the base damage from Iceball was still relevant, you could buff your AD, you were tanky enough to shrug off most initiation/focus and walk into all 5 of them to focus whoever you wanted, and the fights for towers usually involved minions for you to nom and get a third of your HP back.

"Firstly, as always with PBE changes we are constantly in iteration and what you guys see can sometimes even be an initial pass that has been made largely on theory to put into playtesting (which is true in the case of these AP Tryndamere changes). Currently, the change on PBE has Bloodlust's heal AP ratio at 0.2 + 0.01 per Fury consumed (1.2 total AP ratio). The AP ratios actually had already been readjusted to 0.3 + 0.012 per Fury consumed (1.5 total AP ratio which is the same as Live) before this PBE build was even sent out earlier today. No, we are not nerfing Tryndamere because he is FotM or because Morello hates you. Power and balance aside, the core issue here is that due to the fact that the AP ratio on Bloodlust is 100% loaded into the base value, AP Tryndamere completely trivializes the actual intended play and counterplay of Bloodlust. We don't mind Tryndamere healing for huge amounts if he has to work for it and his opponents get chances to deny him his resource and punish him for playing poorly. On the other hand, we are not okay with him sustaining back to full Health by mindlessly activating Bloodlust on cooldown with complete impunity while he hides in a brush or wanders from lane to lane. Although this change obviously has power impacts (yes, it's a nerf), this change is about preserving Tryndamere's intended gameplay and the counterplay that should exist playing against him whether he's building AD or AP." Makes sense imo, still a strong heal if you work for it.

If we were to rank the best players by each position, who would they be? If we were to say who were the best all around players who would they be? And if we were to field a 5v5 team with subs and a coach, who would they be? If the latter is possible/feasible, would it be possible for them to 5v5 ranked, get into challenger and get into LCS promotion playoffs? Then I could make a "Why TL Will Win the LCS" fanclub hype thread ![]() Most of this is just me being new to the TL LoL community and being curious. But if the 5v5 thing was possible, I suggest going for it! The ones I can name off the top of my head and who are still active in LoL are Chrispy, Yiruru, navitar, MCMilo, shake, smashgizmo, bly (zulu_nation), spellsy, jpak, monte (seuss), soniv, locicero, durrhurrderp. Those are all NA guys. I'm significantly less familiar with the EU TL group, but I know slayer is high elo over there. as far as getting a 5's team of TL'ers, well good luck with that. That was tried at one point, but never really accomplished much due to lack of interest/lack of organization. Iirc, smash was like the de facto captain, but no one on the team had the time to put in to really hold the team together.

Voyboy has already played Nasus in a competitive setting (Lone Star Clash 2), after the buffs I wouldn't say it's out of the realm of possibility.

But really if you're going to try some crazy cheese you wouldn't bother using it in a scrim. I guess teams just like their privacy.

I actually disagree, crazy cheese probably should be scrimmed with (as long as you dont scrim vs. TSM) so you can work out the kinks and learn strengths and weaknesses of it. This is especially true with the way matches are scheduled for LCS. I wish more teams WOULD stream some scrims though... it's so interesting. But I guess there are too many reasons not to...

After they changed his W i havent seemed him played that much, but after trying him once or twice he still seems like a strong champ. Why did people stop picking him? Cause once people see nerfs to like every single skill like they did with Diana, they'll stop playing that champ because that champ "sucks" aka "Can't play the same way I used to with said champ and still be successful"

I haven't tried Zeke's yet, but Locket+Zekes might be alright? Feels so weird getting a sustain item for him, though, but the W just doesn't feel like enough anymore. Also W doesn't feel so great in trades.

We got Teutonica (aka Slayer91) who plays a lot of support, you got me who jungles a lot, but Equilash (probably the best top and middle of EUW LP) went more or less inactive, Broken Watch just plays random stuff, EunByul (alright middle laner) is more or less inactive too (or he changed his name, I gave up on tracking people after the name change wave). Enten is obviously the best and also the only AD on EUW LP. I don't really count Intrix and Therealdevil because they don't really visit LP nor TL. I don't count AL Tundra either, even though he has 3 posts there to advertise his stream, he doesn't visit LP or post outside of his stream thread. And the rest are the people who celebrate getting into platinum league, which while I am happy for them, does not constitute high elo :3 On February 22 2013 01:15 Requizen wrote: He's ok. I think he works a bit better out of the jungle so you can use his strong ganks, especially since he's not really a lane bully anymore. Not sure how to build him though, probably BC and resists or something. He doesn't have strong ganks compared to your standard junglers of Xin, Vi, Jarvan, or someone like Jax, his splitpushing is way weaker than than that of laners to the point of irrelevancy. I've seen him played successfully in 1v2 2v1 comps where he was able to farm due to double scream at lvl5, but as far as I know that is the only recent success with him.
