Maybe just a flat Giant's Belt after Zhonya's, that you can build into a Rylai's or Warmog's. | ||

I cant find any keybinding that would remove this. All i can do is make CTRL+rightmouse the moce command, then it works, but this doesnt solve that i cant target spells while holding CTRL | ||
