Honestly it's not even that hard to ignore LoL haters. Hard to feel too bad when the only reason people hate is because the game you are invested in is the most popular game and eSport in the world.
Getting rocks tossed at you is never fun, but getting rocks tossed at you when you're riding down the street in an armored fucking chariot being pulled by Pegasus isn't such a big deal.

How do you translate early domination into victory? Lately, we've (and I) been dominating early game hard. But for some reasons, nobody listen to my calls (taking objectives, backing after a fight (but low on life... What should I do to make people listen? Or am I stuck just concentrating on my own play and praying others will sometimes listen?

Pretty much this, and not raging whilst trying to communicate. Don't spam pings but just let people know you're going back

Try your best and never rage. If you're 9 0 15 at 25 minutes, chances are that your team will listen to you without question. Despite what people say and do, everyone wants to win the game. (I have seen some people just straight up try to lose, but that doesn't happen too often. If this is the case then you simply have to ignore him and hope for the best. Remember that 4v5s are still winnable.)

That's exactly the trouble I have right now. Can't afford to lose a single game if you don't want to have to start all over again. What is weird is that I am consistently being matched with gold players, so my hidden mmr should be pulling me up, or that's at least how I think it should be.

I'm sad now. My friends and I used to have LAN parties for Starcraft, and then general funzies for SC2. We had a lot of memories, and it's how we all met each other. But a year later, as they are all playing LoL together, I excitedly ask who is going to buy HotS and they just laugh at me. Darn it LoL y u steal friends? xD

Wards, and more wards. If your team can see pings and what your pinging at chances are they will listen better. Just a suggestion as tunnel vision is hard to get out of.

Yeah, but those calculations assumed that you could just literally sit there and autoattack for the entire duration without having to kite around. This is especially important when talking about Vayne because if Vayne doesn't get her W proc then the entire calculation becomes meaningless.

So can anyone explain to me why BOTRK isnt a good item?
Every time I look at it it seems to be amazing, yet I never see anyone pick it up.
Like a bruta belt BOTRK would seemingly be an incredibly powerful coming out of top lane in the laning phase.

At least on ADC's I'm pretty sure that since it's only % of current health that BT + other damage items quickly outclass it in terms of damage. As it was said I've seen it ran with relativity success on bruisers like Jax.

It's not good on ADC, and the problem is a lot of Bruisers don't really auto attack much now-a-days, and those who do are usually more optimized with other offensive items.

BotRK WW is hilarious. Tried it in an aram, and once you get either a wits/trinity+BotRK and then pure tank you become this unstoppable lifestealing monster. Even if you get dropped to like 500 HP, a quick ultimate with Q right after brings you all the way back up another thousand or so in a couple of seconds.

Basically, because the passive doesn't crit, it doesnt scale for AD Carries. For AD Casters the extra AD on Bloodthirster makes it better.
On bruisers, right now there are basically 2 camps: those that build almost all tank (with MAYBE a Brutalizer/BC) and those that scale off attack speed and then build tanky (Jax/Irelia). There is not really an autoattack champ that I think really benefits most from it, besides a Jax/Irelia as a 2nd offensive item, which you usually dont get to.
Edit:
Additionally, the problem is, how are you applying the damage? There are a few bruisers with active AS steroids: Noc, Fiora, Lee, Xin, maybe more, but other than Noc and Fiora, other damage items are prolly stronger and IDK what Fiora does, or if noc can afford it, or if they can survive beating on tanks.
