All about attack speed. If you have a decent atkdspd steroid then it's great. Otherwise, it's more of a niche pick.

As a single damage item, it's lack of attack speed hurts it (Bloodrazor was better in this regard) so it doesn't compete with Triforce. As part of a 2+ damage item combination, the fact that the proc can't crit hurts its overall usefulness.

ehhh its not too bad. Hard to be super high elo winnerman but as long as the ping isn't fluctuating I don't find it frustrating.

I'm not sure if the people responding to me have actually tried it, or are just theorying it. In practice it feels much stronger than it does on paper for me. But maybe that's just my elo
