I interpret the 11 pot start as trading gold for exp in lanes where you have a really bad matchup or you want to crazy engage and zone. Since you're burning through money, you need to be actively denying the other laner money as well by zoning them, and then picking up the level advantage from the exp. After a certain point, the lane is just over. Ofc, jungle presence can throw this all off.

That depends on the jungler. On lots of the junglers I tested on the PBE it was actually easier. It's only those junglers who are utterly reliant on AoE abilities to clear effective who dropped in effectiveness.

Lee's kit isnt too strong. Having a champion with really high mobility is fine and so is a melee only champion, their just needs to be a strong enough incentive for you to play the melee only champion which should include very high base damage and high tank stats. Riots being careful buffing udyr because m5 did very well with him recently and that was with same state as he was but 20 more points on shield. S3 item nerfs hit him hard which is why they buffed his passive and they should probably buff his shield back to 220 but overall he's pretty strong.

Jax jungle could actually be better than ever now ? Doesn't much rely on AoE to clear, and with increased gold he can build all he wants.
