It's however much burst/damage you can unload at once OR for any sutained damage, damage that can be dealt while the enemy is under a CC such as malz ultimate. | ||

It's always the same. If you randomly spectate someone's game though you can see all 10 people's borders during the short loading screen. | ||

That being said, I think its GREAT on jax, its the only person ive seen in solo Q build it consistently and its amazing on him. in my theorycraft i think it can also work on lee sin, especailly since wriggles sucks dick so you can go like madreds (or the philo-esque item) --> sightstone --> BotRK idk, its weird though cause I thought it was like a AD-caster item when it came out but it just doesnt give enough +dmg for it to be ad caster, and seeing its success on jax makes me think maybe like darius/irelia/other cheesy toplaners can make it work too. | ||

He only counted a second for Swain, despite Nevermove being 2s... anyway the premise is dumb because Nevermove not being instant means they can flash right before you cast it anyway. He works thinking that you cast W, and if it hits you get 1s from QER (yeah, projectile speed becomes infinite) then they flash out of the 2s cc. Also 1.75s stun on Annie magically becomes 1s. | ||

Any thoughts? I have never even played akali before this, but I like using weird and different stuff, so I know for example Diana or Zed might be better, but want to try something different and have fun with it.
