Debating on whether or not to wait to see if my friends show up to play some ARAMs or try to crawl out of the Elo hole I've been stuck in. Decisions, decisions.

There's a jungling change in PBE. All small jungle mobs are having their health cut in half. Personally I don't like the change. I think it will make nocturne really strong while bringing back fiddle and warwick a bit. Still doesn't fix the issue that junglers are just supports who can sometimes take damage in mid->late game. Tryn, Fiora, Kha, Jax, and Rammus also have a lot to gain.
If anything it makes wriggles better at fighting jungle monsters since there won't be as many chances of overkill. Jungle will do less damage though.

Against a competitive opponent they won't be like that.
Although the atmosphere is definitely better than when saint was there.
Still waiting for top NA teams to practice against each other though. Watching some of their scrims it feels like they're trolling half of the time because the difference in level is just too much.

I've been watching CLG's streams every night for the past month. They lose lane against obviously inferior teams 50% of the time, but still end up winning because their mid and late game is just that much better. If they were playing good teams, they would lose all those games. Their level 1 is weak. Jiji sucks at roaming and pressuring the other guy (he got 0 plays off once in a veigar vs karthus lane. I cringed) In some cases Aphromoo fed. Hotshot crumbles in his 1v2 after his tower dies. Hotshot (unless he's playing nidalee) doesn't win lane. In the end their biggest problem is having no pressure from their solo lanes. If their bottom feeds, as well, they're usually doomed. Regardless of how fed or how big an advantage he has, jiji will never exert map dominance. Ever. This is their biggest problem right now. My thoughts aren't very clear. They are still a really good team but they are relying 100% on chauster for their early game. Against really good teams this will not be good enough.

I never really understood why Saint even joined CLG; from watching HSGGs streaming in 2010 it seemed like they really hated each other. I didn't really get proved wrong either during Saint's time with the team.
Random thought about CLG: I'd say that Chauster plays 4 out of 5 roles the best out of CLG. That's pretty... well, yeah.

Link. What can we do to stop it though? Better just embrace the jungle changes.

Agree with most of those, but the one thing CLG does well is that they create space for Doublelift to farm, and against lesser teams they don't want to lane 2v2 vs Doublelift and Hoshot for all his well documented flaws is a pretty good 1v2 laner though his decisionmaking post his tower dying is poor, as you said. I think that Jiji is probably their biggest problem. He's not aggressive, he doesn't farm well, he barely roams, in fact he has no significant strengths other than the 1 in 10 times the old jiji shows up and he wins his lane. At least Hotshot does some things well, jiji really doesn't anymore.
Still any team that has Doublelift is going to win a certain % of their games just from the fact he is so damn good

I'm a pretty big fan of jiji.
But I feel like it's pretty much inevitable at this point that LiNk115 is gonna end up replacing him. I mean, jiji has no plans on moving into the CLG house and their S3 sub has already moved there (and happens to be an AP mid player whom everyone on CLG like and who's probably already better than every other pro NA AP mid).

He doesn't know how to improve and his current play has big flaws.

I'm kinda torn about it. On the one hand with LiNk CLGna probably is gonna be an international threat instead of just an NA one (that is, if Aphro works out and Hotshot doesn't feed). Regardless LiNk is a huge improvement, even the jiji fanboy in me can't deny that. Kid is legit good.
But on the other hand CLG without jiji wouldn't even be the same team for me. I mean, I don't expect them to kick jiji anytime soon but I would not be surprised to see him replaced by LiNk as a starter in five-six months after a few international tournaments of jiji not changing.
