They reduced the range of the W to i think 600, other than that i don't know of anything.

I find W-Q combo really easy to use. I even smart cast it and have no problem and I'm not that great of a player.

Also another question with regards to top laners. Why did Blaze kick Repeared in favor of Goldtec/Flame? Reapered seems outright better to me.
If I recall, Reapered left of his own accord. That was the rumor when it happened.

Stanley's on par with Shy. Styles are completely different but they carry from Top, exert a immense amount of pressure on that part of map, allow more control for their respect teams. Shy plays more carry. Stanley is more utility.

It's my own rating system. I have one, I justify it, people can accept or dispute as they see fit. In my head, I have an imaginary tier system for teams too, for their respective region. Worldwide is a tad more difficult. No tier list for champs, huehue.

Loco says otherwise. I'll check in again today. Will ask about Top lane and Reapered.

Loco would never, ever give Maknoon due credit, lol.

Maxing shield is really strong in the laning phase, you can negate most of his Q damage while you force him to push the lane. You can then freeze and wait for your jungler to gank. Remember, taunt is pretty fucking OP for ganks. You can't beat him 1v1 I think but then again who can? Consider rushing 2 doran shields or sunfire cape. on a similar note, how does shen perform against kayle? i played vs one last night and i didn't really know what to do. went boots 3 ->dshield -> wits + mercs but she was still blowing me up i managed to outtrade her early by forcing her to take minion aggro and killed her at lv 3 or 4 but after that i couldn't do anything besides farm at tower and fall behind ~50cs I'd need to see the replay. If you're taunting her I don't see how you should be losing trades. Shen's dash is really annoying since Kayle can't stick to you when it's up and she gets abused by ganks when you use it. I know I'm late to the party, but: 1 Shield is not nearly enough armor to survive Kayle. Try something along the lines of boots 3 -> Tabi -> Warden's, and I'm pretty sure you can convincingly win trades.

I have a question, how do you build evelynn now that the DFG has been nerf. Do you still reach DFG first ? Or do you go for an abyssal and only take DFG late ? I've tried out quite a lot and don't really know what is the best way to build her.

If you follow alex ich its abyssal/haunting guise before.

What they said.
Sorcs -> Kages -> Guise -> Abyssal -> DFG -> Dcap/GA
Eve still really strong
zhonyas is good on her as well, her shield is op if you opt to use it on a group of people

Been thinking about this after watching so many tournaments.....should Riot make it so that the team gold totals can be seen in game by the players? We already can see all other stats in game (CS, k/d/a/, and we know how many towers are up at all times), so why do we not have the ability to know how much total gold our team and the other team has?

Showing how much the other team has would let you know if they've sneaked a baron/dragon or even red/blue in some cases(depending on the granularity), not a good idea in my opinion.
