Doesn't make him a bad champion. I think he'll probably be stronger in the new jungle, as the few hints have stated that it's meant to be better for single target and high sustain junglers than the current one is, something that will give him a boost.

No he's not. WW's single target dmg blows skarner's out of the water, and he has a damn good AOE steroid. Skarner is a faster jungler and better ganker pre-6, but he's not flat out better in every respect. | ||

pre 6 his clear times suck and his ganks suck worse. But I think WW is just as good if not better than scarner, his dmg and steroids are pretty powerful. | ||

AP + Support used to be the meta, and it's still good if your AD wants to go mid. Send a caster with Soraka, infinite mana. Taric adds to most AP's CC chains and his ult is good AP, though the armor shred is less useful. Nunu's BB is still good because most APs are slow, and his slow can help land combos. Leona/Blitz obvious reasons. Janna not as great for casters as for ADCs (shield's AD is useless), but still Janna. If you're talking really non-standard, though, double bruiser (or bruiser/tank) bot, especially those with gap closers, absolutely shit on AD/support lanes unless they get camped or play super safe. Shen/Panth just pokes and harasses, and then dives with taunt -> jump. | ||
