It's probably not worth using a refund on 1500IP tbh

You can email riot support, they will usually honor these kinds of things when you buy something and it goes on sale/price reduction soon after.

Refund option is down while they fix issues, no ETA on completion.

Vague, as expected. However, some things stuck out. Mid game items having multiple build paths (Warden's Mail being the example), Carries getting an AoE option (maybe a better version/ADC version of Tiamat), and this line:

If your primary AP caster needs additional CC capabilities, there’s an option for that, too.

Don't know if they will ever implement force staff or if they do you prob won't be able to use it on allies so wouldn't be nearly as cool/useful. Same thing as most likely never seeing smoke because of no stock/restock system in shop.

Don't see why flash doesn't overlap with force staff that much. At least not when you can use it on allies and enemies. As well as a much shorter cooldown but shorter distance.

From a design philosophy I don't think there will be Force Staff, just there are no abilities that affect your teammates' positioning (i.e. Tiny). I remember Riot saying they don't want items/abilities that can be purposely used to grief teammates. We already have Anivia wall for that.

The strangest thing about LoL community is when there is ability/idea around terrain or position alternating the first words they say is about griefing. I don't get it at all. Can't Riot just implement the "no help" option like Dota has then actually have really cool ideas instead of just sitting in the corner crying about "griefing". The whole "unfun" mentality is so stupid it hurts my brain.

You know what is one of the coolest things in Dota to do with Tiny? Toss a tidehunter into the enemy team and have ravage. I don't see how having the potential to do such cool shit is "unfun". It's intentionally removing interesting gameplay because you are too scared of the potential of it.

Hell I remember a top 10 from dota 1 where the one of the plays were two guys alternating force staffs on eachother to disengage, was insanely cool play

Holy crap, finally made gold. Dropped to 1406 yesterday and didn't think I'd make it back up, but perseverance paid off! Now I have to help my friend get it in 3s @_@, does anyone have any tips or OP champ choices for the new map? I haven't played it.
