Then I saw his in game model and totally agreed with you. Looks terrible imo. He looks oddly spindly, and every remake each champ gets bigger and more lanky. idk, not a big fan.

Also, he struggles if his opponent makes it ultra farm fest and doesn't let Viktor capitalize on early strength (i.e. Galio, Morg, Karth). Not to say I don't win vs them when they try to go aggressive, but if they go all passive pansy mode, Viktor kinda doesn't shine.

Not immune, just less strict/get more chances. No one other than admins are immune but Neo has been plenty lenient on this place already. Just don't do something stupid enough to get reported or you could get another mod who does things differently from Neo.

I'm just saying, the sizes of the human champs aren't even remotely normalized across the game. TF is now gigantic compared to other champs like ezreal, nidalee, etc. who he should be fairly close in size too. I think it is a move by riot to slowly make all models in the game slightly bigger on average. Which is fine, it just looks weird in the process where there are two clearly different styles in play at the same time.

Oh? I usually use your QEQEE build against Morg and play hyper-aggressive on her with Q to punish her last-hitting before 5, then I just (once I'm level 7 with death augment) pew the wave to death even before it forms into a circle, then Morg can't clear it with just W and needs to tank it/let it come to tower so I can steal wraiths/roam and get a headstart. I may not outfarm her (not farther than what I built up during the early levels) but I sure ain't outpushed and I can roam more easily.
Is it because junglers at your Elo are more keen on camping people trying to play aggressive at early levels?
I guess Zyra can easily plant seeds in the middle of the lane and punish you if you try to instaclear the wave too. Haven't seen her in awhile. Won't complain. Damn plants' base damage.

Oh. I haven't seen TF yet (EUW here) but I think I see what you mean. I was shocked when I first saw remade Soraka, with the aura indicating her W buff, as she was supporting a Sivir and the radius when she used it on herself was like twice the size of when she healed Sivir. It's not that she's big as much as she's friggin' tall.

It's pretty much jungling 101 that you precisely time hits on your buffs and large creeps. Losing it to a DoT is just bad play.

I, for one, welcome the nerfing of Ezreal into the ground.
They still need to change Rengar's free heal such that it must damage something to heal him. That would help tremendously in concert with the other nerfs.
Instead of trying to "balance" DFG they should just remove it. That would be the best choice for balance.
Eve nerfs won't do enough. A huge issue is that her speed and giant slow makes stealth just as oppressive as it was before nearby targets could see you. What could is being able to see Eve if it's not possible to escape once she's visible?
Jayce nerfs definitely won't be enough. You have to bring down the ratio and/or % of melee E to a reasonable level. You have to nerf the effectiveness of range E's haste since it's a free, low CD shurelya's for your entire team. It also makes it really easy to get away with overextending, as you get double haste + a knockback. They also didn't nerf the damage or range of lategame ranged Q. There will be probably 2-3 more rounds of nerfs before this champ approaches balance.
Not enough information on Sona/Blitz.
Ezreal probably still needs another nerf beyond W. I recommend making Q not deal damage.

im a low elo player and sufficiency and vaporized have stood out head and shoulders above everyone else in this forum as giving by far the worst strategy and build advice.
like i'm pretty sure vaporized has to be trolling after he called out theyango for putting zero effort into his posts and just parroting what other people say, my impression is that that's almost the complete opposite of reality.
