I've recently started playing LoL again, after a really long break where i was 29. Just ding lvl 30 yesterday.
I'm thinking of buying a new champ. I play a lot of leblanc because i like to roam about the map, particularly to places opponents wont even imagine and snipe them off 1v1 like a true assassin.
However the problem i feel with leblanc is that she falls of pretty much the moment she can't 1 shot anybody. a good leblanc cannot afford to farm, she has to be picking off people all the time, something i'm sadly not skilled enough to handle. And in team fights where I've done all my spells, and i've this big window thinking "hmms..., so what do i do now." ( while waiting for my cooldowns to come back up )
So i've decided on these champions ahri / diana / akali (?) because i feel that you can afford to farm, and contribute to team fights better.
Therefore which champion do you think i should get? Feel free to recomend me something you think i'd like. he or she should have high mobility and can kill something and get out fine before anyone on the opposing team can react.
Thank you. Hey guys, i've tried eve like what someone suggested n oh yeah she's fun. kept me awake for like an extra 8 hours. so anyway, everyone seems to feel that ahri doesn't have much of a weakness and is probably the better buy over diana. Does anyone feels that diana has an advantage over ahri? excluding banning frequency. Diana does have the better joke. Bursts a bit harder too.
Edit: Ah, okay got it.

Diana's joke is just... gotta love that voice actress.

Shen has AoE, Shadow Dash does damage and can hit multiple targets.
|
Mundo don't need no farms. Build health and win the game.

Someone needs to tell Crumbz he's not playing Jax. (bildgewater cutlass on trist). Never change crumbz, never change. double bildgewater cutlass. aww yeah

Ult as Janna, Darius is interrupted in his hook's animation but it still goes off so the enemy team is pushed away from yours, and you follow the movement. T_T

I'm hardly amazing at LoL but I understand if you don't see any opposing team on map more than likely they're hiding somewhere in jungle or sitting in a bush, but teammates decide to start roaming the other team's half of the map solo or in small packs.
other thing that annoys the hell out of me is that the other team keeps winning team fights or a lane you don't keep going balls deep to try to catch up. you start warding, farm CS when you can if they aren't pushing a tower, and bide your time to try to get them out of position.
have non-tanky players that constantly initiate into teamfights that will result in a negative result and the only way I can get it to stop is to either start asserting myself in chat or pinging retreat a ton which is 50/50 on it being heeded or not
my mechanics (last hitting) is mediocre but my game sense & map awareness is a whole lot better and it's so aggravating knowing teammates are going on suicide missions and deciding whether I should be involved or not. A bit late responding to this, but, there's probably someone on your team with great mechanics and last hitting and poor map awareness who thinks you're the biggest noob he's ever had on this team.

Or someone like me with good mechanics, and good map awareness but that loves to go Leroy Jenkins every chance he gets and dives right in the middle of every fight without concern.

So far people have said that she is bad against Leona, Taric, Blitzcrank, Sona and Soraka. So that leaves like Janna as the only legit support that Lulu isn't terrible against? That doesn't seem right to me. Though now that I think of it the Korean teams usually run Lulu when they 2v1 laneswap. Hmm. Lulu is good against Leona and Blitzcrank. Lulu can't beat sustain based lanes such as Soraka, Sona, and Taric. I have never played Lulu vs Janna as Lulu or Janna, but I think Lulu has an upper hand. EDIT: IMO Lulu suffers the same problem as Leona. Their kits are not weak, but it feels that they require a lot of coordination from the team so they seem weak in soloQ. This is just my own personal opinion about their lackluster performance in ranked. Leona is great in solo queue, she's just not popular because she's a lot more difficult to play correctly than other supports. Leona's win % in solo queue will disagree with you on this. In fact her % is pretty abysmal. Whenever i play Leona, the main problem i have is that people don't follow my initiation, especially in early lane. With blitzcrank it's easy, you pull the target right in front of their nose. With leonas stun they actually have to react fast as soon as they see your line thing (i'm bad with skill names). If you are on skype, vent, TS or whatever, then you can say "stunning X" and your AD has time to prepare. She's one of those champions that get 10 times as strong with good coordination - something that doesn't exist in soloQ. Then again, i'm a scrub, maybe i'm doing it wrong.
I have the same problem. I'm at the front of the team dancing around, and they're all like 1000 units behind me. DAMMIT YOU NEED TO BE RIGHT BY ME SO WHEN I E->Q ON SOMEONE YOU CAN FOLLOW UP AND GIB THEM.
Then they call me a noob for running in and dying. Sigh.

I mained Rammus for a long time, and he was perfect for me. I was undefeated with him in ranked for the longest time, but then he was permabanned (mostly because of me) and then nerfed into the ground. The poor moose is a shadow of his former glory.
I've been playing some fid recently. He's a lot of fun. That whole "Caw-ca-caaaawwwwww!!!!!!!!!! I'm in yo' face!!!!" is a ton of fun.

What are some tips for jungle thought process/mentality? How should I be scanning the minimap relative to where I am in my jungle clear levels and itemization?
A lot of the games were I've lost as jungle, and had something like 0/7/0 mids and otherwise "uncarryable" games, I've realized that my top/bot laners were at least somewhat decent, and that had I been in the right place at the right time, could've turned something around and thus at least given our team an advantage in some areas instead of being even in general and totally fucked in one.
For example, I go from wraiths to minigols, and looking back at the replay, if I had gone from wraiths to wolves, I would've caught their bot lane crazy overextending without wards (since I just cleared them with oracles) and up for easy gank. But in game, usually when I clear wards they then back off and play really passive so if I just wait there I'm wasting time.
So while, during the game, I have the impression that I'm making an impact on the game and doing decent, on reviewing the replay I find so many missed opportunities. What critical steps during the game should I be going through to make sure I don't miss these opportunities? Or is some of it just dumb luck because of not knowing ward timers etc.

if i was to write a jungle guide, the first rule would be to NEVER LISTEN TO THE GANKING CALLS YOUR TEAM MAKES.
