In DotA when you deny a turret the game is programmed to give out reduced gold for enemy heroes. Minions are coded to give reduced XP as well. In LoL, GP's deny meant that no one got the XP or gold for minions he hit. Unless they specifically coded towers no one would get the gold for it. And even if they coded it to give a reduced amount he'd still be broken as shit since he'd be the only champ that could do it. | ||

The thing is, damage/scaling increases could help her because it would make her a bit more like Draven: extremely high theoretical max damage, but balanced because there's no practical chance of achieving it. | ||
