No, but some people tried to argue that you can not criticize a pro if you are not a pro yourself, or something similar. Which would then also apply to that analysis, too, since as far as i know, the writers are not pros, either. Thus, following the initial logic, they would not be able to properly interpret what pros do, making any analysis they do useless. Conversely, if their analysis is good, it is possible for people who are not pros to understand what pros do to the necessary degree to criticize them. This does not mean that every criticism people on forums voice about pros are good, but it means that it is not fundamentally impossible to understand what they do, which was what some people argued. Thus, mentioning that analysis debunks that statement.

The only Rengars that haven't succeeded are those that are probably on their way to lower elo. It is absolutely enraging. That and this new champion, Kazakhstan or whatever, looks like he will be the exact same thing. Maybe these sorts of characters are bad at high elo but my god are they good at low elo I kept getting crushed by rengar even before the most recent buff went through. A bit part of that, though, was that I didn't bother looking up his skillset.

If you do it a lot, you might be in trouble, but if it's an every-once-in-awhile thing, you're probably fine. Basically it's just collecting statistics instead of looked at e-mailed reports or whatever. Oh, that's good to hear. May the promote/cv soraka terror continue then 8) (doesn't work most times anyways ;_;). Thanks for the intel! On another topic, how awesome would it be if Phreak registered into TL.net just to post "gg easy"

If you're not decent, you can call a pro's play bad and have a coinflip chance at being right, but any inference you make past that, especially about the character, style or quality of a player is a masturbatory waste of time. It's pathetic when I see people who are no better than i am talk about how terrible the favorite targets, regi oddone and hotshot are, because they make a bad play or don't know something or don't do every little thing like you'd like. It makes you guys look small, hop off your egos for a second and stop pretending you know a damn thing. Anyway that's my final word on the subject for now. Honestly though, I think it's justified at times. Using HSGG's Shyvana mishap as an example, there was no excuse for it. I get that he was somewhat new to jungling, but if you're in a tournament don't pick a champion you clearly don't know all the ins an outs of the abilities and then turn around to say "Hey I'm new!" when you screw up. Knowing that, till its max range, she will jump to whatever distance you set it at is basic. Do I suck at this game? Yeah, but that doesn't make me incapable of realizing other peoples mistakes. HSGG shouldn't have headbutted baron wall with his ult, just like a quarterback in US football shouldn't throw a pass high over the middle. These are, objectively, bad decisions.
