They're doing a drawing to see which 4 teams get BYEs currently on OGN. 5 balls go into the lottery spinner thing. 4 teams that get BYEs 1 - TSM 2 - M5 3 - World Elite 4 - TPA Azubu Frost DOES NOT get a BYE. Oh god that sucks. Group stages are going to be that much more scary with Frost rampaging through the group stages. | ||

I dont get it. these people know what they have been doing. They know they have trolled a lot so why would they come out and ask for this stuff. Once again human stupidity amazes me. | ||

Didnt read it all but looked like troll picks to get someone else to dodge so when they all stay in the game he doesnt want to play. You can play the most wierd ass supports and not get banned for it so long as you always play serious. Thats the difference. | ||

Secondly, I think his ultimate evolve is a piece of crap right now. Who needs 1 extra passive proc every minute? Compared to evolving QWE (which give damage, waveclear, poke, a ranged slow, and teamfight mobility) it's pretty lackluster. | ||

I've known a lot of people who ragequit, afk, troll, and other stupid crap but are shocked, SHOCKED when they get reported and tribunal banned. You'd think it would be obvious, but their cognitive biases are just that pervasive. In other news, Rengar's winrate has spiked to 60% following his hotfix. Assuming this isn't a temporary spike, and acknowledging the speed with which Riot is moving to buff Syndra, I hereby resolve to eat my metaphorical hat on the issue of Riot's propensity to alter champions too quickly (and, it seems, too extensively). Even if you see him coming with a ward in the jungle or a pink or something, he just runs so fast now. Its also huge for teamfights around dragon or baron since you can camp a side brush and if their carry overextends slightly you're on top of him almost instantly and chunking 1/2 her HP. | ||

From the write up on surrender at 20, evolving R also gives 40% damage reduction while in stealth. I guess I'd need to play him a bit to understand that more, but I suppose it does give him a proper escape (other than jumping away from a fight.) How does his stealth feel? On paper, it sounds lackluster to me, but probably will be the type of thing that sets up highlight compilations. I think I'll finally have to try and remember my PBE log-in and look at him more. | ||

All rengar needed was the QOL changes so he didn't play so clunky, he did NOT need straight up buffs. :/ Even the no-cast-time W is a little questionable to me. | ||

You're right that there's damage reduction but that's often not even relevant until they have oracles. Moreover there's a 3 second CD on each use ahri-style so if you use it offensively your opponent can put all their burst in the first window where you're visible and vulnerable. You could possibly time it for projectiles that hurt and then turn on them but it just seems so situational in my head compared to having a better Q W or E which can be up multiple times in a fight and have decent utility too. In terms of how the stealth feels, think of it like a faster wukong without the ability to crap on people's brains by pressing S. Some good jukes are possible, like running to your turret from a gank but stealthing into lane bush and then stealthing out when they come in (since you can time you second R) but IMO wukong is still the #1 mindkiller. It is fairly lackluster aside from making you more or less invincible for 1 second. | ||
